You decide to have a look in the clan shrine and see what you now have access to. You sit in front of the shrine lighting a stick of incense, after a short prayer to your ancestors you go through the hand seals and the shrine splits in two revealing a staircase.

As you reach the base of the staircase you are surrounded by a sea of scrolls, bookcases that are stuffed to the brim with scrolls that have spilled out over the floor. So much knowledge..it would take a lifetime to sort through it all on your own. Some of them seem to contain crests that make them appear more important than others, I guess these are main family only.

Who am I kidding, this is Naruto.

You walk forward to the one at the end of the hall with a note attached to it. A small piece of paper that says
"Your fight with Neji proved the gentle fist is not where you excel, I picked this style to fit you best"

You open up the scroll and as you read through it you can see its an alternative to the Tenketsu based fighting style The Gentle Fist.

Its an unnamed style that isn't complete, it merely shows some ideas and a few basic techniques implementing them. If the gentle fist was defined as a series of short precise stabs at somebody's chakra system then this style can be compared to a hammer trying to crush it.

You sit in the shrine staring at the scroll for about an hour with your byakugan active, observing your bodys release of tenketsu and adjusting to this fighting style you cant help but think about how easy this is. Seems like its a bit too easy to be all that useful otherwise everybody would use it.

You go out into the courtyard and decide to attack a training dummy thats been left out by either hinata or hanabi. You decide to go simple and strike it with a simple punch.

You run up to it moulding the chakra around your hand and you throw a punch as hard as you can...

The dummy vanishes in a way that can only be described as an explosion, the hay from within is sent flying in all directions as if it was struck by lighting.

This. Is. Incredible!

It comes so naturally to you it feels like you dont even have to do anything to do it.

You cant really think of a name for it yet so you'll decide to go with strong style for now, simple and it gets the job done.

You decide to go show your father the results you have achieved today, you go into the dining room where your father sits drinking tea.

"Father I went into the shrine today, thank you for the scroll. I wish to show you my results."

He gets up from the floor a bit annoyed, as if a child was hounding for his attention.

You find yourself and father losing track of time talking about this new technique. It's actually the first time your fathers ever spoken to you in such a non formal way for so long, he kind of reminds you of your uncle like this. It's nice.

By the time you realise how long you've been talking you realise its time to meet up with Guy in the training grounds.

With your body flicker technique you get there in no time at all. When you arrive you can see Shino standing around and Lee doing some laps around the field on his hands. When he sees you he jumps up and comes to greet you.

What follows is a series of vigorous tests and competitions between the three of you used by Guy to see what you need to improve.

Neji tells you all about his team and how they've been getting along. He tells you all about how competitive Kiba is and how it almost got them in big trouble but he still managed to get a bell in the test. He doesnt say much about Ten Ten but when he does you and his dad exchange a look and he blushes, he ends up getting too embarrassed and instead focuses on eating rather than talking.

Your uncle starts to ask Hinata about how things are going for her. She says she's really happy with her team because Naruto and Sasuke are so nice to her, although Itachi's pretty scary sometimes. She looks a bit defeated when she says how none of them got any bells but she's made a promise to do better and perks up when she tells you this.

"Well Lee and Guy-Sensei are really intense, they are over enthusiastic most of the time but they work so hard and they are so determined I can help but like them.
