GM told us that each character could have "something special" about them, even if it broke the rules a bit. The dragon PC 'started out' as a human, but then revealed to everyone later that they were a dragon in disguise; it was actually a really cool reveal.

So the dragon has two char-sheets; one that represents her dragon form, and one that represents her human form. They have to make a choice at the beginning of each adventure which sheet they're gonna use.

Actually, "the" dragon (singular is used exactly once (in Revelation) as a metaphor for satan. There's neutral "leviathan" in Job that could arguably be a dragon like creature that is neither good nor evil, but simply is (used as comparative descriptor to God's power:
of you can't take on one of these, don't challenge God.")

So, dragons (Biblically speaking) aren't really good or evil...they're just used and symbolically, as other imagery are.
