That second one is pretty similar to a demon I made a year back. It was a humanoid composed entirely of hands and arms, and could summon arms out of any unobserved location. The arms could be whatever size, length, race, etc. the demon wanted, but they would instantly disappear if you observed the location they appeared from. It should be noted that the demon's own body was subject to the same rules as the summoned arms, and would disappear if you could observe its "core."
The players eventually defeated it by summoning an arcane eye inside of its body.

Creating three paper scrolls. Any adjective written on the scrolls takes effect, scribblenauts style... within reason. "Omnipotent" won't do anything, but "durable" or "strong" would. Adjectives stack their effects, and you can write as many as you can fit on the scrolls. The scrolls themselves can be telekinetically controlled, but adjectives must be manually written and erased.

Secret extradimensional storage space in your skull, accessible via the forehead. There's as much space inside as the actual volume of your head, and you can store anything that you can get in there. Only you can access it, and no form of sensors can perceive what's in there, or even that it's there at all.

Creating chargeable gravity pulses. The easiest way to explain it is that the user is a TF2 rocket jumper/sticky jumper. The pulses cannot harm whatever they hit, but fling stuff around- which can definitely hurt stuff. The pulses can be flung around, and move at a fixed trajectory enabling the user to literally just rocket jump around, performing all sorts of aerial tricks, including pogos, walljumps, surfing, B-hopping and more. The pulses have some sort of physics-defying property that enables these game physics in the world.

This one's a bit harder to explain. When turned on, you can choose how much the "equal and opposite reaction" part of Newton's 3rd law applies to you and over how much surface area on your body. If something hits you, you can totally negate the reaction your body would give to that force, allowing you to get flung with that total force- while ignoring all air resistance- then bounce off a wall right back at them, before turning off the power and slamming them with the full force. I don't think I'm quite describing it right, but it's a power that makes you be able to bounce all over the place, including anything that would potentially harm you. Bullet hits you? Now you're getting flung backwards at the same speed that the bullet was moving, slowly turning your air resistance back on to slow down, or maneuvering to bounce back at them for a counterattack. It's meant to be more of a defensive power, since if you turn it off while moving at those high speeds... splat.

I've got a few more, but they're more of the "excessively busted" sort, or I combined with certain pieces of equipment, weapons, armor or techniques, like a spirit made of steam that can draw more water into its body. So it drains an entire planet's worth of water, stuffs it into a magically invulnerable metal suit of armor, and is thus overpowered thanks to the specifics.

Eh, here's two more but be warned they're exceptionally stupid.

The ability to hold in and charge up bodily fluids. The longer you hold it, the more force it builds up. Thus, you could hold in your pee for weeks to build up a super piss laser, or do the same with the other end for a hypersonic turd missile. Cuts that could make you bleed out can be forcibly held in, but must be released eventually for something like a blood blade that gets launched out. Sweat pores mean you've basically got that one upgrade from Deus Ex where you launch out projectiles all around you. The amount you can charge up is NOT limited by the actual physical space in your body, but the more you charge, the more concentration you need.

Liquid multiplication. Any liquid you touch can be doubled, tripled, or quadrupled in volume instantaneously. Very good for breaking sewer systems, and people. Although the extra liquid that gets created eventually fades away, the damage is done.

SOHCAHTOA- power over triangles and all angles. Any and all triangles can be manipulated at will.

Geometry Domination: Apply the geometric transformations of Translation, Scaling, Rotation and Reflection to any object, but only one power and one object at a time.
