Ok, after a bit of rest, I think we can start again. Since we have pretty much done, only things remaining is to finish a couple of maps and fill some small gaps in the lore, I believe we ought to focus on the compendium file, putting all the lore into one singular document and wrapping up the project. I have some of the nations already abridged in the google file, so if anyone wants to comment on them, feel free to do so.
Like I said, unless someone else decides to start the OPs, I think a monthly thread is more than enough, since the current level of activity is not enough to justify a continuous one.

How much content should the different nations have on the abridged file? And how much uptades do they need? I'm seeing that pages that were written first like Azan and Changrila have many elements missing that were added afterwards.

Azan - mostly Byzantine, but some Renaissance, and a mixed bag of Eastern influences
Witch-Elves - Dark Elves from Warhammer but sluttier. So far most images have been Warhammer witch elves
Changrila - Chinese pastiche, particularly Warhammer total war stuff
Gnolls - dnd gnolls, but the edgier imagery - they live in the ruins of an Egyptian/Mongol empire
Drow - mix of dnd drow and TES dunmer, possibly others
Platinum Princedom - Early modern Slavic/Warhammer Kislev plus some fairy tale stuff
Avangar - traditional clothing covers almost all skin, rural folk live in swamp caves and swamp huts, only city not conquered from another culture seems to have classic evil wizard/Sauron vibes
Elanxa - originally meant to be Asian, but never really defined well
Khaganate - Mongols/Central Asians - some ride spiders
Drunigzar - "mix between ancient Greece and age of exploration Portugal, with all of the themes of sea trade and exploration" - though from what I have seen their aesthetics mostly come from Portugal
Isle of Wizards - classic/dnd wizards and bucolic Shire type countryside
Bog Witch - dark fairy tale type stuff

Other than those, I imagine Lemon being something typical of southeast Asia, and Lorient something derived from byzantine with a tinge of asian. Avangar has been described as mudejar, and the old Merfolk as colorful Gaudi style.

The capital of Luden is the city of Luden proper, which is pretty small and surrounded by the buroughs.
It was meant to be a joke on the City of London proper which is a minuscule part of the area generally known as London.

In fact the actual name was Lunden, but when the OG OP (which left after like the first 7 threads due to the fetish autist) put it on the map he misspelled it as Luden. You can see the OG post on the wiki and it is written as Lunden.

Skimmed the wiki. Is there anything about the technology in this setting? I.E. One area has some Arcanum of Steamworks and Magick obscura steampunk tech and another is just straight up still in the medieval ages?

There are different levels of tech depending on the place, which at most is 17th century level tech. The lower tech areas often compensate with magic or are straight up arcaic. And we also have the industrial-age level in Luden and the pulp comic aliens of the Starpeople.
