The rumbling of the bus engine is comforting. Outside is a small drizzle of acid rain, that had you not been in this bus, might’ve given you cancer, or worms, or god knows what. You give yourself some time to think. Let the career path decision you’ve made sink in. You wonder just how the hell you’re going to get to number one, what with a predicted 87 other fights… maybe a battle royale or, some crazy special event. It’s gonna get crazy. You’re a killer now…

Some jobs, like that in the job center, are worth 1-3 points, while BOSS FIGHTS are 4! With each purchase, you get a bonus to rolls involving the skill, and the price of the skill goes up by 1 with each purchase! OR you could buy NEW skills! He’s a Psychic damn it, you didn’t expect this?

>Health! (Self-explanatory! You’re shot? Or stabbed? Roll with this bonus to last past your expiration date! Currently at Rank 0/5! Spend to increase? 1 point!)

>Agility! (Your chance to dodge attacks like melee and such! Bring it up to a high enough level and you can dodge bullets! Currently at Rank 0/5! Spend to increase? 1 point!)

>Strength! (Your GAINS! Five bucks half of you are gonna vote for this one cause I said “gains” with emphasis. With enough STR, your wet noodles could become hard loaves! Currently at Rank 0/5! Spend to increase? 1 point!)

>Intelligence! (Your books/street smarts! Research on your enemies and how to kill them or just on the fly has never been easier! Currently at Rank 0/5! Spend to increase? 1 Point!)

>Wisdom! (For the sake of mechanics THIS will be how you measure attacking/defending with your PSYCHIC POWERS OOOOooooOOOO!! Currently at Rank 1/5, with a +1 to related rolls! Spend to increase? 2 Points!)

>Or if attributes aren’t your thing, WE GOT SKILLS!

The bus comes to stop at some fancy looking mansion, hosting a duo of guards at the gate. You step off, having dropped you off nicely in front of the embassy that you only now just realize you will have to make sure there are no witnesses within when you're done. It’s terrible really but that’s what has to be done in this business.
