Well, no matter which way we look at this, the easiest way to resolve this situation is just to explain to them that she's you're half-sister, and to make sure they don't bring up the fact that you're not the same species, because it's a touchy subject. That way, even if your sister figures out that you're pretending to be a girl, the only part of your illusion that you have to worry about is your feminine form, which I imagine is easier to keep track of than the human part of it.

People aren't thinking like a dragon. Vandals ability to make Farl abide by her terms relied on Vendal staying stronger then her.
Eventually Fael will be normal size again and will most likely corner Vendal to make up for this. Dragons run on strength makes right.
By "overpowering" Vendal we not only fill our vows as Dragon Rider, it means someone Fael likes is dominant. Which not only assuages Fael'd wounded pride, it prevents retaliation when Fael is once again stronger.
I.E.: She is a dragon. Start relating to her with dragon logic instead of noodle elf logic.
