Based on what we know so far we don't have to rely on him fucking us up in the future. Our third option is superior to his proposal for one major reason we ought to remind him of: Rukia won't be dead.

If Rukia died or vanished completely that would tip off both major parties to the larger situation. If she's alive she remains a moving target until either confirm their suspicions. Everyone gets pushed back by your reiatsu with the exception of Rukia who is in the eye of the storm.
As your body is still glowing with the effects of your transformation you begin reaching for her chest.
You can see two things in Rukias eyes as you touch her sternum, dread and your own reflection as monstrous as it is.

She lets out a loud gasp and begins hurling just as her bone breaks.
You go slowly and softly while trying to dodge most of her vital parts.
Now that you are inside her you begin feeling something.
A tiny object hidden deep within her somewhere, an item that shouldn't be there.

The Einherjar instinctively begin assaulting the foreign object and start dislodging it from the core of her soul.
As tiny bridges of mucus form between the item and your fingers you start pulling it out.
With a swift pull you remove your hand from the poor girls chest with a strange, transparent seal concealing a tiny glowing orb.

You gaze into it and start feeling overwhelmed by an odd sensation.
Every fiber of your being quakes in the presence of this inanimate object.

As your resurreción dissolves it returns to being a sword and you see Ichigo charging you with his sword drawn and released.

Using the directions Yoruichi gave you it was quite easy to find the area.
The severe lack of high spirit pressures was a dead giveaway.
Getting in was a whole other matter.
In the end you opted to the easiest way of entry and beat the guards over the head so hard they lost consciousness, they won't die but saying that they'll have a hell of a headache would be an understatement.

As you entered the complex something immediately caught your nose.
At least 4 captain level reiatsus were located down there and only two of those were familiar to you.

Aizen is retardedly strong even without his trickery. Even while wearing a bunch of spiritual pressure bindings and being chained to a chair made of sekkiseki, he could kill dozens of quincy at once by using his reiatsu like a bludgeon to smash them. He literally didn't even move a muscle, and it was so natural to him that he genuinely didn't understand that other shinigami couldn't do that.

Jumping into Segunda Etapa right off the bat gave us a chance, it didn't guarantee anything at all.

When she saw your features she let out a gasp at the sudden realization of who you actually are.

Aizen in the meantime just smiles at you with that dumb, shit eating smile.
Tosen in the meantime looks like he just smelled someone fart.

Reiatsu begins to pour out of you and the air becomes thick with your spirit particles.
As you shed your armor it begins to expose much of your muscles, especially around the forearms and legs.
The final half of your digits are completely exposed with bones at your fingertips.
Your gills and tail light on green fire as you look at Aizen while the skin begins to melt from your cheeks.

"Resurreción, Segunda Etapa."

In the fraction of a blink you disappear and assault Aizen almost immediately.
Your fist hits his blade and thanks to your overwhelming reiatsu you avoid getting cut.
"This is where it ends. AIZEN!"
Your eyes light up with pure desire to kill.

Engaged in high speed combat you manage to keep up with Aizens movements.
When he uses shunpo you follow up with sonído and clash with him once more.
Punches fly left and right but he manages to block or parry all of them.
You wouldn't have guessed that his speed would be enough to keep up with Segunda Etapa so effortlessly.

Once you realize that this engagement is pointless you disengage from him to get your bearings and formulate a plan.
Aizen looks at you feeling accomplished.
"Well this is an unexpected turn of events.
And here I thought the secondary transformation is exclusive to Ulquiorra..."

"What?!"

He smirks.
"Oh? You didn't know?
That form isn't anything new.
Although I never got to see it before since Ulquiorra was stubborn about not revealing it.
But now that I've seen it I can conclude that it's underwhelming."

You tighten your grip.
"Just you wait you bastard!
This is only beginning!"

"I'm afraid not Kaizar.
You see I'd love to play with you some more but I have a million better things to do so I'll cut this short."
He takes his sword and points it downwards.
In response to this you instinctively close your eyes.
You hear a faint chuckle from Aizen.
"Oh Kaizar, Kaizar, Kaizar...
As arrogant and foolish as always. You know I enjoyed watching your machination.
I almost felt like a parent observing a child in their pointless activities while not possessing the heart to break their little illusion."

"Shut up Aizen!
Whatever you are trying to do it won't work!"

"Oh? You're saying I'm wrong?
Well let me tell you the cold, harsh reality Kaizar. Nothing you've ever done matters."

You feel a presence approaching you.
Instinctively you punch it with all your might and feel blood splattering all over your hand.
You feel triumphantly when the sensation of the trickling blood suddenly disappears from your hands and feel a blade stabbing you in the back.

With a quick snap you open your eyes just in time to hear the whispers of Aizen.
"Those who have bankai don't have to call the swords name in order to release it."

Meanwhile:

As the sun slowly set the inevitable demise of the two ryoka slowly approached.
Ishida and Orihime had a solid plan, stealing the uniforms of two shinigami and moving about the Seireitei unnoticed.
While the plan worked for a while soon they were unmasked by a half drunk 11th squad member who had quite the deductive skills.
Aramaki Makizō, nicknamed Maki-Maki, unmasked the two invaders for who they are by their lack of zanpakuto and the fact that they were wearing 12th division hakama while claiming to be of the 11th division.

But before anything could have happened between them Captain of the 12th division and 2nd president of the Shinigami Research Institute, Kurotsuchi Mayuri, has finally managed to track down the meddlesome invaders.
After the quite terrifying display of ruthlessness and cruelty of planting bombs into his own subordinates in hopes of detonating them once the ryoka are close enough Uryu was forced to send Inoue away with the squad 11 shinigami in hopes of saving them from this monster.

The lieutenant almost immediately jumped on Ishida and to his horror the captain impaled both of them before he could have freed himself from the womans hold.
Then as the paralyzing poison spread through his body, rendering his limbs useless, he had to watch as the psychotic captain kept kicking his assistant and explained how he is the one who created her.

Afterwards the captain went ahead and began toying with Uryu by stabbing him in his limbs.
To the boys shock despite how motionless his limbs were they still transmitted pain to his brain without a problem.

*sigh*
"And here I was almost getting excited about getting a live quincy specimen.
Well, whatever.
I'll just let you bleed out here."
He turns his attention to his assistant.
"Nemu... Nemu...
Get up!
Oh that's right. I also stabbed you with my zanpakuto.
In that case quincy I suppose I'll be staying here for a while.
Want to hear a story?"

"Just so you see how generous I am by letting you die in such a dignified manner, bleeding out in a dirty alley like a dog.
You see the last quincy I ever operated on was an old but remarkable specimen.
He kept going on and on about his stupid quincy pride and kept calling for his apprentice or grandson or whatever."
He takes out a picture from his coat.
"Wanna take a look?
Don't mind the head being in one piece... I lost interest by the time I got there."

As the captain flicks his piece of paper to the boy his expression changes.
"You... You... YOU!"
In an instant he begins building up such a dense reiatsu that the ground begins to cave in under him.

"Huh?"
Miraculously the boy stands up and many spirit threads start to emanate from his body.
"Oooooh my...
Ransotengai? Out of all the 2661 quincys I examined none of them could perform it.
I thought it was a lost art!
Change of plans quincy! I'll be taking you back to my lab now and I'll make sure to take my time with you!"
