As you got older your dolls got more and more elaborate and honestly at some point in doll crafting you either became a hex maniac or one of those Fairy Tale girls and honestly they creep you out. Like mice, and when the door is left open, social interaction, elevators...

But you used to make a lot of lovely outfits for your dolls, and then yourself, and all the friends you don't have.

The trip back to Aquacorde would normally be daunting. It's quite a trek honestly.

You pull out your trusty Sketchbook and begin your drawing.

You got your sketchbook a few years ago when you started really dressing your dolls up. It occurred to you that it was easier to make the clothes from handkerchiefs and the like then go to the specialty shops and get stared at.

Turns out you were actually kind of good at it, and during a competition you actually got your hat sold Boutique Tete in Santalune. Apparently some group in Aloha really like the skull look so it didn't end up a complete waste!

Now you make a living selling these sketches to the various boutiques under the alias "Alluring G", granted you are not a cool and alluring beauty YET but your cousin in Dendemille is and if Passie can do it so can you!

Honestly you aren't that popular because whenever you go to a boutique your shelves are empty but you are getting there! Hopefully, maybe, probably not...

But this design's rather nice. Its a little rain poncho designed after pikachu.

Well no its designed after a certain burlap sack that looks like pikachu sleeping next to you but you don't want to explain to people what a mimikyu is. Especially when you don't know.

Finally the bus stops at your town and you tip Sanchez and pick up your little sack boy.

Your house is... well honestly kind of old, your family has had it for awhile and you can sortof tell, with the way ivy creeps up the peeling paint, the faded blue mailbox outside says you got new mail!

Stumbling downstairs you see your brother all ready for school making breakfast.

You look outside, the front lawn has never looked so vast and menacing, yards upon yards of grass grasping at the sky like the severed hands of the dead. Oh look an absol is sitting in the front lawn staring at you.

You blink and the hallucination vanishes.

Relax deep breaths you can do this.
"Oh... okay. I guess I'll go, outside on my adventure. And it'll be okay because Mimikyu will be there too!"

You grab Mimikyu, the sack pokemon desperatly holding its muffin for dear life as you hold it up for Sebastian to see.

Mimikyu waves after a few minutes. Causing your brother to raise his eyebrow.

Okay so he is real. Alright. Well I arranged for Sycamore's assistant to visit the cafe nearby in order to provide you with a starter pokemon since I didn't know. She'll be visiting in a few hours, get your stuff ready till then.

You nod, looking out into the scary outdoors. I'll go do that, I'll complete my adventure and be a cool older sister for you. You sniffle, the room getting blurry. It's really setting in that you aren't going to be seeing this house for awhile.
No no, don't cry. You know that when you cry. Your brother sniffs.
I, I start to... Your brother starts crying, making you cry harder and before you know it thirty minutes go by as you sob grossly to each other.
I'm going to miss yoooooou! Don't, don't forget to water Linda when I'm gone. You sob out a few minutes later, backpack full of food (And one Mimikyu, who didn't like the sun) as you wave goodbye to your brother one last time, heading past the front gates of your house into your first pokemon adventure.

So far every roll you have has been to overcome some mental hurdle of yours.

Despite it not looking like it, whenever you crit you actually get a bonus on any subquential rolls on something similar. The idea being that since you did so well that one time you hit some milestone of progress and gotten better at it. Either in the process of being someone who could do such a success or because you suceeded.

You do not have hard number stats, atleast not yet. If you go by Gurie your stats are all hard lows but I can guarantee you there is at least two things you do rather well.

When (IF lets be honest at this point) Type advantages are important, as is any advantage you successfuly argue you have. If you believe that, given Mimikyu's amazing performance singing, that Mimikyu should be able to use attract and charm with a degree of skill you do.

And fortunately for you there is a way to talk to Mimikyu again. While Mimikyu has nothing to ask 4chan he will take over whenever you and Gurie get seperated, or if you fail a roll and Mimikyu needs you to help him bail her out.


As for pokemon that depends on what your starter options are, or if you ever even show up to the meeting. You might not even get the traditional options and get flying fighting rock if i can find good pokemon for it.

After all, this pokemon quest isn't very traditional.

Its all about me finding things that I think will keep the interest in you, audience.
