The worst thing to do in a situation like this is to panic. Taking a deep breath you calm yourself down and continue walking. Every turn and noise on the short walk home draws your full attention. The walk is much longer than you recall as you try to retain your *cool* while burdened with this new information. Nearing your front door you become calm as nothing has gone wrong. However now your feeling it to, the feeling of eyes watching every move you make as you close the door behind you.

Dizzy and Amy still blissfully unaware of the possible situation they are in go to the couch and begin watching television. You retire to the couch with them and watch the show. The day progresses into the night as normal until bed time.

With the girls in bed and asleep already you sit on your couch/bed and start to drift off to sleep when another text rings your phone. Its an image attachment from Axis. "Wish you could have seen the battle it was a good one. But they weren't quite good enough." the image attached has a burning book. In the second picture is a... Dragon... The beast is semitransparent and sparkling laying on the ground with blood and bruises covering its body.

"I would like to meet you tomorrow after your classes. I will meet you at your home. Don't worry, I will be alone. Until then, goodbye Michael."

That puppy... Beat a Dragon?! What power could it possibly control! Feeling a deep worry for your allies you decide to leave texts with your team. Both Samantha and Sasuke are texted the following.

"I was just messaged this. Be careful, and be sure to keep a low profile." along with a copy of the book and Dragon.

The next day you bring Dizzy along with you and drop her off at the daycare with Kana. After school ends you make your way to the library and take your seat at the table with everyone else whom has already arrived.

"Something must be done about this problem before it spirals out of control." Corina speaks up.

Raising your hand and getting to your feet you walk your way over to the girl. "I have something you may want to see" you say scrolling through your texts you received from Axis.

As she reads several looks pass her face as she visualizes all possible outcomes. Ultimately a grin prevails on her face as she turns toward you. "This could be good for us. Well done Michael. Please, go see what this gentleman wants, and if he cannot be reasoned with." She taker her fist and drags her thumb across her throat. "Take him out." She points to Samantha "This may very well end badly as well. Im sure You and Michael will be more than enough to handle any any single target." With that impromptu pairing she waves off the meeting.

Everyone stands and talks a little bit. Everyone except Corina who makes a beeline for the exit.

Following orders you walk with Samantha down to the daycare to retrieve your sisters. She seems nervous as she greets her sister and tells her the possibility that a battle may happen soon. Some color seems to fade from the face of the small pink girl. Overhearing the talk of battle Dizzy also seems off.

"Hey Diz how was your day?"

"Fine..."

All her talking is short and straight. The perky girl she normally is not showing today. "Bro... Are we going to have to fight someone?" Dizzy asks as the group leaves the schoolgrounds.

"Its possible Diz. But if we do its only to protect ourselves and our friends." You say.

The answer seems to have some effect. A small smile returns and the small talk you and her make home is much less awkward than before. However, your friends don't seem nearly as calm as you. Hand in hand the pair walks slowly behind you as you make your way home.

Minutes of walking lightens the mood. When you finally arrive home you get much more tense. Awaiting you outside your home is a polished black car, from the looks of it it is very expensive. Approaching your door you see Dino the puppy that belongs to Axis laying at your front door.

As you approach the dog jumps to its feet and runs to embrace your leg as before. Dizzy looks to you confused for a moment but seeing no fear on your face she abandons caution and runs to pet the dog. You open your door and sitting on your couch is none other than Axis.

The man on the couch looks your way. You see, yesterday as I was in pursuit of the demon I sent you the picture of, in the last moments of the battle the Dragon caught a case of loose lips. He told me of a young man and two young girls that he had seen earlier that day. He propositioned me to let him go in exchange for that information. The details he spurted out in a desperate last attempt sounded much like you and." He tilts his head to the side looking at Dizzy "Your sisters..."

"Is that so..." You say

"And I see that you brought your friend as well..." Looking at Samantha and Kana "I'll get on with it already. I know that you have a Demon, adding on to that I also hypothesize that our lack of finding any demon activity in the area is the result of an organized effort to elude or possibly trap us somehow, am I warm?" He smiles

Your entire plan has been laid out before you by the enemy... You don't respond.

"I figured as much. You have three choices." He says raising his center three fingers. "One , we can fight here and now... Who knows the two of you may be able to take me, but more will follow... Many more. Two , I leave and tell my unit. This will likely end in a long fight but the same result. More WILL come. Or Three. My personal favorite. You work with me and 180. We depose Caesar and those other two Angel and Tanis I take command from there and we leave you and your friends alone. The decision is entirely up to you." From his suit the man pulls a Brown book and summons his dog to his side.

No matter what happens this man will win in the end. What should I choose.

However would Corina want to meet this man? Would she condone this plan made without any consultation with your... For lack of a better word, boss. How would she react to her identity being given away on a five minute talk with the brains of a rival group. For all you know this can all be a trap of their own.

You can't let that happen. In an instant your brains gears get turning and come up with a plan. "Heh, what makes you think I'm not the leader!" You say stomping your foot on the ground. Axis seems taken aback by the mockery and information you dropped on him "I would have never guessed... But why would the leader do his own dirtywork such as recon of an enemy fortification such as the station? Caesar would never do work while one of us was around to do it?!"

"A second pair of eyes never hurts." You say

"You are the leader aren't you... Now that I think about it you two took two separate vantage points. You were scouting the skills from different angles. Very interesting." The man says in a surprised way. "Well I suppose that we should begin our meeting. "He says sitting down on the big soft chair making room for you and your friends to sit together. Patting his lap the puppy jumps up in his lap as the man pets. "Let us begin."

For a solid half an hour the man talks. He tells you of a masterwork of a plan to deceive Caesar that Brutus himself would marvel at. The plan involves luring his peons Tanis and Angel out and ambushing them with the members of our group. However to remain next in line and maintain plausible deniability 180 and Axis cannot get directly involved. However they are to bring the members to two particular locations well within the "Safe zone" that Corina has mentioned in the past.

He also gives you the Data on the three members and what they do. From lowest rank Angel, a manipulator of wind whom can fly and has up to a level 3 spell. Tanis an explosive power within the body of a huge man. However the man himself is as kind as can be. His demon Amber however is a manipulative sweetalker. They have mastered four spells. Lastly Caesar... his undying devotion to his demon is unbreakable, and as such he has spent nearly every waking hour training and battling. He has mastered five entire spells most of which involve creating many...many minions. But recently he has learned a **Dioga** class spell. It is nearly unstoppable.

He tells you it will take one week for all the preparations to be set. Well within the boundaries a capable leader should have to prepare his troops.

Axis leaves your home with a bow and leaves in his pitch black car.

After a little while of T.V. watching with Samantha and casual talk about random topics you grab a piece of paper and a pen. * I'm sorry I cannot walk you home. I need to check my home for bugs :(* you write and pass over to Sam. She nods her head "Well today sure was interesting like you said it would be... Sir?" She says holding back a chuckle at the horrid ruse she is trying to perform.

"Thank you for all your work today Sam. You truly are an important part of the team" you say with a smile. You lead the girls to the door and watch them as they walk off down the street, lit only by few and far between streetlamps. Toward the end of the street they turn back and wave to you before disappearing down a sidestreet.

Walking back in your home you notice that you have not seen your sister for the closing in on three hours you have been home. This unsettling thought runs through your mind. You make haste up the stairs to your sisters room. Opening the door you see... The last thing you expect...

Around the entire room are dozens of Barbie doll houses and Princess playhouses, dolls of every color, shape, and size looking through windows and sitting in cars. "W-where did this all come from..." From behind the most giant playhouse you have ever seen almost up to your chest steps Amy in a princess dress. "Mr.. Axis dropped all these things off for me! He said he knew you and Dizzy and said that since you always say I'm such a good girl you got these for me!" Amy rins over and hugs you. "Thank you so much Brother, I love you!"

He told her it was me who got all these things?! You can't really concentrate on any of the aforementioned problems with this level of joy surrounding you. "You'll play with me right!" Amy asks.

"Uh sure Amy... Just let me look at something first. Say. Did Mr.. Axis do anything weird while he was here?"

"Nope. He just brought your presents up and sat on the couch watching T.V. he only got here a few minutes before you came home."

"Oh. Ok." You leave Amy and Dizzy in the room and look around the entire house in every possible place you can think of... Nothing, there are no signs of any devices used to spy in the house. This being the case you just return to Amys room and play a little before bed.

Oh yeah! You pull out your phone as you play with Amy and Dizzy and Message Corina the details that he informed you of. But there is no response.

Another normal day of school passes by as you anxiously await the chance to discuss the situation with Corina and your team. Every minute seems longer than normal as the day passes slowly.

Classes finally end and you rush to the library to tell Corina in person about the event. However you are not the only one seeing Corina today, you see Samantha standing nearby but with wrap all over her hands and a few bandaids on her face.

Rushing over to examine the situation you yell to Samantha "Sam are you okay!"

She turns to you with a smile and responds, obviously surprised to see you." Oh yes i'm fine! I simply had a little fall last night on the way home heehee"

"Now that that situation is cleared up, we have much to talk about Michael." Corina says pulling out a chair for you.

The next few days are a nonstop training session. And you find yourself falling to sleep with thoughts of possible situations you may find yourself in. During school you draw doodles of the entire Western campus. Vantage points, possible escape routes, everything you can think of. During your lunches you head to the roof and go over the details with Sasuke.

The time after school is dedicated to training the spells you have. Kekuitan, and Infiritan.

In the nearby forest.
"Hey Mike you only have two spells to?" Sasuke asks from next to you.

"Actually... I have three but... it wont work..." You respond.

Over the last Few days you have been going with Sasuke to the forest on the outskirts of town to train. Away from the prying eyes of the enemy. You practice your spells along with the young man day after day. Your Buffing spell is improved from what you feel. Every time you use it you get stronger, and not only you. Abel and Sasuke get stronger as well. Another interesting thing you learned, if you tell her to, Dizzy can even reinforce the strength of inanimate objects like trees and rocks.

Your second spell is also improved. With no enemies to face you have simply been using it on objects like logs and the like. Turns out it works on everything as well! Firing the ball of light at trees result in cracks in the tree and boulders chip at its touch.

No matter how you try however will your third spell work. No matter how much energy is put into it it simply... Fails.

"You seem to be having troubles with that spell Mike? Are you sure its not some smaller effect you cannot tell?" Sasuke asks

"It worked before... Why is it not working now?!" You ask yourself

"Maybe... We just don't need it~ Spells are weird like that bro~" Dizzy says. Every time you get angry she is there to help you get back on track. With a smile and a kind word, without fail she helps you out of the situation.

The week fly's by much like this. A cycle of training your teamwork and hard thinking. There are no messages from anyone else on the team this week, and actually the only people you talk to are Sam and Louise in small doses as the week goes by. Sam gives you waves and smiles whenever you chance upon her, and Louise... She continues to try and get under your skin but you can tell she is nervous about the future events.

As you head home the next day from training you can't help but think you are forgetting something. You have been spending a little time with Amy after you get home at night but that's not it... You can't put your finger on it.

You have noticed over the past week that Amy has gotten much more quiet. Even when you play with her before bed time she seems to be acting like she is having fun. With all this time you have been spending with only Dizzy over the past week it's only natural that she may be getting somewhat sad. Since Dizzys appearance you have been somewhat onesided in your division of time.

When you get home you go to find Amy. When you find her she is in the Attic.

"Amy, aren't you afraid of the snake?" You ask

"Oh, its no problem... She left a while ago."

You can hear Amy's stomach rumble. "Whatever I guess..." Amy stands "I'll get dressed... Tell Dizzy I wont be to long." She says as she slowly makes her way down the stairs.

As you go down the stairs you gaze at Amy's room. Thinking about how you can fix the situation. BINGO!. You knock on the door to Amys room and after a moment a tiny "What?" Echoes from beyond the door.

"You do know Dizzy isn't going to be joining us right? She's staying home to watch cartoons. Its just you and me?" You say cracking the door slightly so she can hear you better.

There is no response for a moment... "Really?" you hear.

"For sure, its only going to be us. How about this to. On Sunday, you and me will go out and get some cute outfits for your school on Monday. From now on you and me are going to be walking to school and home almost every day. Don't you think it'll be fun?" You say, trying to diffuse Amys sadness.

"Mhmm... I'll be out soon. Then we will go eat." Amy says, sounding in better spirits.

Soon enough Amy comes down and the two of you begin walking to Amys favorite place. Its a nearby cafe that serves great desserts. After arriving you talk with Amy about all the things you could think of that don't involve Dizzy. Which... Is getting seemingly more difficult as you spend most of your time lately with her. You and Amy spend hours there talking about random subjects and ordering small food trays and a sampling tray of desserts, which she really enjoys. By the end of the *date*For lack of a better word. Amy seems much less angry at you. Walking home you continue the talk with Amy about random subjects. As you arrive home and just before you open the door Amy gets a serious look on her face. "Don't stop playing with me okay...?"

She opens the door and rushes up to her room. Walking in the house yourself you see Dizzy passed out and drooling on the couch. The sight is pretty funny, every time the drool goes to far down her face Dizzy will readjust her whole body into a new weird position and unconsciously give her own face a small slap that would ever so slightly wake her before she resumed her sleep. Looks like you will be sleeping in your own room today.

You retrieve a blanket from the closet and several pillows and place them on Dizzy for a warm night sleep. You walk up to bed and lay your head down for a well earned night sleep. Tomorrow, the battle begins. Will you be ready?
