yeah, luckily this whole dungeon is a soul trap like solia is building. as long as the soul hasn't left the building then it's a simple matter of putting the body back together and shoving the soul back into it, when the soul DOES leave the building that is when things get impossible because then you would need to rip a space hole into the land of the dead and drag their soul out of the afterlife to cram into the body.
