As a reminder, the world uses a calendar based on the classic eastern states of matter (not elements, that's a translation problem that people just went with because of the classical greek elements, ok?). Meaning Fire -> Earth -> Metal -> Water -> Wood and then Fire again.

This ends in 10 months of around 35 to 37 days each, starting with the month of "Rising Fire" followed by "Setting Fire" followed by "Rising Earth" ... etc

Some countries give the months different names, but that's the standard, so we're going with that ok?

***

The Battle of Roaring Waves and Dancing Clouds, as it became known to Imperial historians later on, was a clash between state-of-the-art fleets from what at the times were the still divided East and West halves of the Heavenly Empire.

The Western, or as it is now know, the 'Classical' Empire, had recently embraced the at-the-time brand new rockitship technology, and built a series of ships designed for pirate hunting, troop and supply transport, as well as bombing, aiming for the [ERROR]s as their enemies.

As such, the ships were designed with a reinforced lower and lateral hull, as well as a shield of magical force which could be redirected at will towards the enemy.

Their weaponry was meant for wide area bombardment, spreading lightning bolts down towards the enemy, wether it was a pirate ship on the sea bellow, or a swarm of otherwordly [ERROR]s.

They were faster than any conventional ships, with the added flexibility of being able to fly over land and their hulls had been redesigned with a 3-layer system that made them all but impervious to the cannon fire of the age.

The cannon fire preferred by pirates typically went through the soft but water-resiliant wood used in ships of the age, but found the middle layer of hard wood impossible to go through, making the imperial rockitships basically immune to cannon fire.

Thus, the imperial fleet was a complete nightmare for pirates and land-bound monsters, as it could hurl masses of lightning from above, while being immune to cannons or any other classical proyectile that would come their way.

As an added measure of precaution, however, they also had a magical forcefield that could be directed towards any perceived threats.

This is not to say that they were invincible, though, for one needs to understand that the Heavenly Empress at the time had began what we known today as The Age of Enlightenment, and as such, schools, universities, roads, centers of study and trade, urbanization projects, as well as reforms on nearly all facets of life were going on at the same time, and as such, many of them had to suffer what was perceived as rational budget cuts.

The imperial fleet ships, therefore, had a standard soft wood deck that was perfectly normal for ships of the age. The rationale being, that they would only ever face fire from bellow, and thus there was no need for the expensive three-layered reinforced structure that the hull of the ship had.

Furthermore, while its lightning-caster guns could hurl lightning down from almost any height, the ships themselves had no special equipment or life support, meaning that while the ships themselves could rise to any height, as modern rockitships can, the crew and passengers would have to face oxygen deprivation as well as intense cold and atmosphere thinning the higher they went.

This meant that while fast and maneuverable, they couldn't realistically rise too far from ground level, and their lightning-casters had a rather poor performance when it came to horizontal range, forcing the ships to fly directly overhead of any targets before they could launch a barrage of wide-area lightning bolts.

They were also weak to plunging fire, their soft decks no more resistant to attacks than any solid wooden house would be.

Furthermore, they had neither radar nor any countermeasures for it, and were limited only to what Navy staff gently call "Passive Sensors", which is a kind way to refer to the "Eyes and Ears" of the crew on board.

As if their technical limiations weren't enough, they were also limited in size, as the Empire was an unnofficial member of the east continent Protectorate Alliance, which limited the size of new ships, other than for a single capital ship per member nation.

On the other hand, the easter half of the Empire, the former colonies known at the time as the Alquian Empire, had a very small but completely modern fleet with iron hulls, radar, anti-air batteries, 31" main guns, range finders, with this word's first diesel engines, capable of propelling each ship at speeds far beyond those of any previously seen vessels on the sea.

Their prototype fleet had been designed specifically to target other ships on the sea surface, as well as to bombard coastal fortresses and cities from extreme range, and held one flagship and two destroyers.

Data suggests that this modern (if small) fleet was out at sea on a test run for its equipment and guns, when their radar picked up the massive western Imperial Fleet approaching, some 15 miles away.

And so it was that at the turn of the millenia, 15th of Setting Fire, 19.998 of the imperial calendar, both fleets meet their destiny, as magic and science collided against one another head on, with the modern-but-small eastern fleet being the first to spot its counterpart.

Lyann groans softly, complaining in her sleep as we try to sit up and escape her arms. She hugs us tighter and squishes herself against our back, while Aritsu informs us that the tea is about ready.

Our reliable elven princess is already up, albeit she's only wearing one of our shirts for some reason, setting the tea cups on the nearby table so we can have something warm as soon as we get out of bed.

Ah, the shirt just 'almost' covers all the way down her hips, uh? It leaves her exposed in a very casual manner, offering quite the erotic view.

Nice, nice. She looks both homely and sensual like this, really nice.

We let go of Mako and turn around to kiss Lyann until she wakes up.

Ah, she finally let go, just to lie down on her back, still asleep.

We kiss Lyann and caress her lower torso for a bit, then get up and kiss Mako again as we help her get up and walk over towards the table.

"P-president! Clothes, put on some clothes first!" - says a flustered elven princess as we walk over to the table
"Eeeeh... but it's just us anyway." -we say while scratching the back of our head and then reaching over and grabbing her from behind

"P-president!?" - she complains in a slightly surprised tone as we hug her

Our arms wrap around her. Our hands briefly rest on her hips, then immediately roam up and down her body, with one going up under her (our) shirt, pulling it up as we reach her her breasts, while the other caresses her lower tummy and heads straight for her flower.

"K-yyaaa..!" - oh, she let out such a cute girly scream.- "President, it's ... y-you are already hard!?"

She whimpers as she feels our child pressing against her thighs.

Who's fault do you think it is, dressed up as you are?" - we whisper in her war after kissing it
"But this is-ah!"
"You could be already in your uniform if you wanted to." - we gently squeeze her breast while moving her towards the wall- "You usually are."

We start unbuttoning her (our) shirt while kissing her neck and shoulders from behind, and finally pull it off her, letting it fall around her feet.

"Oh!" - Mako hits her open left palm with her left first, as if she had an 'oh, that's right!' moment.

She seems pretty unaffected by the sight as we push against Aritsu's shapely bottom with one hand, guiding her towards the thick wooden wall before caressing her as we kiss her.

Well, she's been there for most of our moments with either Lyann or Aritsu as of late. She seems to think these are normal, now.

"If you wanted attention, all you had to do was say so."
"Uuuh..." -she moans softly as we turn her head slightly to the side and kiss her again.- "---I ...I wanted atten.." -she blushes from tip to toe
"Alright." - we hold her with an arm around the waist and another on her breast.- "Hands on the wall. Bend you back and spread your legs."
"Yes, president." -she replies in a surprisingly husky tone

Adjusting her posture on our command, the beautiful elven princess supports her hands on the wooden wall and arcs her body, offering us her hips as she spreads her ankles wide, rising to the balls of her feet.

"Good girl." - we caress her back slowly, sliding our fingertips down the middle of her spine before turning our hand around to grope her ass slightly- "Here's your collar as a your reward."
"Yes... thank you."

We gently push her golden twin ponytails away as we slide our hands between them and around her neck, then place her collar unto her and close it with purposefully loud 'CLICK!' sound.

She shivers a little bit, and shifts from the balls of her feet, to the tip of her toes.

"Spread your legs a little more."
"Yes sir."
"Where do you want it?" - we gently caress at her flower and rub the tip of our thumb against her pink star
"A-as Master wishes." -she replies
"Smart girl." - we lean in while holding her hips, and slide into her hot, dripping wet flower in a single thrust.

She's hot and tight and soft, all at the same time. Her body trembles around our child while we hug her with both arms, and lean in to nibble at the tip of her left ear.

"Ah!" -she cries out meekly
"My beautiful and smart elven princess." -we whisper in her ear- "So hot and sexy."
"Hnn!" -she whimpers as we start thrusting into her

For a bit, the sound of our bodies are the only thing heard in the room. Our fingers entwine as our hands overlap, and soon our lips follow as we kiss.

It is a wonderful morning.

Shortly after, all four of us wash and dress each other, then have breakfast before heading to school... or that's how it would have gone, but just as we are about to [Treestride] away. the sound of a massive blast shakes the ship from port to s6arboard, and a weak glow shines in through the bullseye window as the shield of the HMS Starbound flickers with energy, completely overloading after bloacking a sudden barrage of shells that hit it almost dead-center from the east.

"What was that?" - asks Lyann as she helps Mako up
"I don't know."

There's a whistle as a massive shell salvo flies past the window, a pillar of light falling to the sea bellows as the pierced cloud lets through the light of the sun in full.

"Stay here!" - we run off to the command deck, and realize that all of the girls came after us

Well... is okay. I guess they'll do as they think is best when it matters so... yeah, that's alright.

The captain looks like he himself had also rushed here not too long ago, and we can see through the windows that the clouds below look as if they had perfectly straight tunnels dug through all of a sudden.

While on board the "Empress Pride", we can see that the "Starbound"'s shield is glowing out of control.

"Signal the Starbound to turn off its shield before it explodes!" - roars the captain

The sailor quickly reaches for the signal lamp and starts flashing it in direction of the starbound, when suddenly we see a shadow pass before the hull of the "Pride", followed by a new hole in the sea of clouds below.

"Signal one of the escorts to descend and take a look, then come back up and inform us."

We can't risk exposing a target as large as the flagship to an unknown enemy, specially with the girls onboard.

"Yes, your lordship." - the captain gestures to the sailor with the signal lamp to do so.

Right, as a Duke of the empire, we're 'your lordship' uh? Feels kind of odd but... well it's useful.

The fleet admiral finally shows up on the command deck.

He's fully dressed in all of his regalia. A old lionkin with a missing eye. Unlike general Li, the admiral has no mane.

Rather than making him look less masculine, though, it exposes his brutal muscles to the eye, even with the uniform on him, you know?

"Your majesty. Your lordship." - he greets Mako, then ourselves, before adressing the captain- "Have the "Justice" and "Might" line up below us, we must protect her majesty."

He means, to use two other ships as buffers in order to prevent enemy fire from hitting the ship Mako is in.

Well, it's the responsible thing to do, but...

>We can [Treestride] Mako away to safety, so there's no need to endanger the Migh and Justice or have them act as a shield.

"We can see the direction the shots are coming from." - we point out at the straight holes in the clouds- "Have the ships line up their shields in that direction and switch as they overheat."

The signal is given to the rest of the fleet, and the ships line up in groups of four, proyecting their shields to their maximum range and overlapping them in a single direction.

Before they can finish such a untested maneuver however, we see the 'Courage' suddenly burst into flames, starting by the room its shield is engraved in, shortly after it stops a massive shot that caused its course to shirt upwards almost by 40°

The sudden change in direction causes the 'Courage' to move up unto the underside of the 'Supremacy' while on fire, both ships colliding in mid air, right as the Courage's magical fires begin to engulf it.

Specks of fire begin falling off the Courage's deck, and we watch in horror as its crew members fall through the clouds while on fire.

Their [Featherfall] rings will slow their fall to a crawl, but they do nothing about the fire that consumes them.

For as long as we dare look, and longer still, crewmembers jump off the Courage, slowly descending bulges of burning flesh.

The Supremacy is mostly unharmed, as the fire consuming the Courage do not appear to have spread to it yet, but both ships have become entangled and it looks like a catastrophe is just about to get worse.

Our fault for understimating the kinetic force of the cannon shells.

For now we need the ships to stagger their formation but stay below the flagship to protect Mako. Also, turn the fleet around to retreat.

We leave the commander in charge of the ships formations and run out to the deck so we can call out our flying pets and mount, then send them to fetch the falling crewmembers.

Meanwhile, the Starbound, which had descende under the clouds to look at our enemy, re emerges slowly, its shields glowing and sparkling from strain, yet we can see holes the size of grapes dot the entirety of the rear half of the ship (the shield doesnt cover the whole ship, after all. Its direction can be changed precisely because of that)

The Starbound is keeling over slowly, beginning to fall back down through the clouds, unable to sustain flight any more, but the crew does their duty to the last moment, and continue signaling their report to us.

We send Squidward to try and grab the Starbound and keep it aloft while the rest of our pets help evacuate the crew, and rush back to the command deck to hear what the report had to say.

[Three ironclad ships on the water surface. 12 miles away eastward. Alguian flag. Heavy fire with small guns when we descended bellow 1000ft. Shields endure until main guns turn and open fire]

Ironclad ships... that reminds us of the commercial ships we saw with the electrical engines before.

It looks like they have something like AA guns, but their range is quite short. Their main guns however, have quite the reach, but seem to have a low rate of fire, as shots, while constant, come by only once every few minutes.

Their accuracy is 'pretty good' since they managed to hit and ignite the Courage from such a distance.

We need to test the effectiveness of our own weapons against their armor.
Order one pass only then retreat at flank speed (fastest speed away while climbing).
Demand clarification about the guns turning; are they using turrets?
If so, then we can't stick around to stand and fight. Their turrets can turn faster than our ships can stay ahead of their arcs of fire, and since there's multiple ships they can cover each other's blind spots.

We're essentially sending those men to their deaths just so we can collect weapons testing data.

The signal goes out to the rest of the ships, and 13 ship's hulls lean forth as they begin diving under the cloud cover so they can begin their bombing runs.

Hidden behind (or more correctly, over) the thick sea of clouds, we cannot see the result of our decision.

From the POV of the ironclads on the water, it was as if the clouds turned gold and red, as the shields of the rockitships pushed the clouds away and turned them into shreds that lingered to their hulls for a moment as they appeared in a V formation, with the 'Hunter' in the lead.

The 'Guardian', the Alquian flag ship, had six AA batteries, while the 'Vigilant' and the 'Conqueror', the destroyers flanking it, had 2 each.

The weapons were placed in groups at the front and back of each ship (bow and stern), so the destroyers could only aim with one each, while the Guardian could face the incoming fleet with three, for a total of five batteries, each holding four Flak 38 autocannons onto a single carriage.

These 'light' 20mm cannons spun towards the incoming ships and began spewing tracer shells in their direction at a rate of 140 rounds per minute. Not very impressive by 'modern earth standards' but an absolute wall of lead and death by this world's common sense.

Aboard the Pride, we saw the clouds lit up from below as fires erupted onboard ships, shields overloaded, and magical formations either bursted under pressure or hummed with deathly energy while the lightning guns prepared to retaliate.

The small(er) rockitships, moving at max speed over a wide front, proved to be too numerous for the main guns of the Guardian, that nonetheless killed the lead ship (tHMS Hunter) in three shots, the first taxing the shield, while the second overloaded and shutted it down before the third caused the Hunter to simply 'lit like fireworks and dissapear'

As they approached the 2.000m mark, the tracer rounds of the AA batteries became much more effective, causing the shields of five other ships to overload and shut down or burst, while the rockitships' wooden hulls proved to be as effective as thinfoil hats at stopping the 20mm rounds from cutting through, though after the battle it was confiermed that only the hull was penetrated, and not the higher decks.

Nonetheless, almost every man in the lowest deck of those five ships, was now dead.

Having lost their lead ship, and while taking quite some damage on five more, the imperial rockitships continued their attack run and their lightning guns hummed with rage before hurling bolts of power at the ships below.

1/?
>>
I think this is the first time we've ordered men to their deaths.
>>
>>1528165

Lightning illuminated the surface of the sea in a massive arc under the imperial rockitships. Electricity dancing between the towers of the ironclades and over its deck, frying several crewmembers and turning them into charcoal if they just so happened to be in contact with either the hull or any systems directly hit by the barrage.

The frontal rangefinder tower of the Guardian had its systems melt together with its operators, while B turret had a complete electronic failure and went silent for the rest of the battle.

Of its destroyer escort, the Vigilant was completely untouched, being fortunate enough that not a single bolt of lightning struck on it, either due to simple luck or the skill of the captain in steering the ship straight against the attacking fleet, as to offer the smallest possible target.

The frontal AA batteries of the Conqueror and Guardian were dead, however, their long barrels acting as lightning rods, channeling hundreds of bolts straight through to their unfortunate operators, and shortly after the rockitships passed overhead, a massive explosion originated from the Conqueror.

At least three lightning bolts had gone down the ammo belt and reached the AA ammunition bellow deck, causing the ship to crack open and lit up like a roman candle.

Having lost the Hunter, and with the shields of five other shields prmanently disabled, as well as casualties approaching 3 digits amongst all the ships, the western fleet began their ascent back towards the clouds.

It was then that the AA batteries in the reat of the Guardian and the Vigilant came to life, roaring as they spewed 20mm tracer rounda at the defenseless rear of the rockitships.

About five of the captains with working shields had the presence of mind to have them redirected towards the rear as they passed over their enemies, but two ships were completely exposed.

One was literally shredded and turned into splinters that fell like a light shower of wood, flesh and bone unto the sea, while the other was hurt badly enough that flight was no longer possible, and had to descend unto the sea surface, which proved fatal as its huill, full of holes as it was, proved completely un-seaworthy and began taking in water at an alarming rate.

In a single clash, the western fleet completely lost three ships and had five experience shield failure, while the eastern fleet lost a destroyer and had one of the Guardian's frontal towers (B tower) and all of its frontal AA batteries melted down, as well as losing its frontal range finding tower destroyed, hugely decreasing the accuracy of the surviving (A) turret.

Before our eyes, the lights under the clouds grew larger as the surviving ships emerged, some on fire, reporting as quickly as possible, requesting instructions.

Of the 20 ships we left the harbor with, 4 had been destroyed, and 5 had their shields overloaded.

The captain defers to the admiral, whom immediately has the crew on the damaged ships line up above us so we can have the shields of the ships under us, as well as those of the Pride, defend them.

"We haven't been shot upon ever since the first bombing run, your lordship." -he says- "Visible or not, there was damage to their ships. Their main guns are not firing."

"They could still work, but perhaps they cannot spot us anymore?" - suggests the captain

"Either, or both, are possible." - nods the large lionkin- "It seems they have quite strong anti air defenses, but without their main guns, we can whittle them down, as long as we are willing to risk the return fire of their lesser weapons."

He looks towards Mako for a moment, then back to us.

"I cannot recommend we assault with the Pride while her highness is on board, but we can probably win the day in a single sweep if we do so."

So that's his opinions

>Retreat anyway
>[Treestride] Mako away, then attack with the Pride
>Attack right now. The Pride's shields are more numerous, and stronger, than those of the regular ships, we can take their AA fire, and it would aid Mako's reputation to lead the charge (from relative safety)

Other: [Treestride] Mako back once victory has been achieved.

Yeah, also establish a beach head, forward position and begin marshaling troops for the invasion.

Can hives be teleported with Treeside?

Have the ships that havent taken damge stay about the clouds and try to get behind the ships belows then do a doming run

We will wait will they have goten ether in rang above the clouds or not
Then decend and try to get markos voice out loud enguh to have her tell them off
In royle speak and if they do not back off thrn bom ing run

If we can use the lighting guns to disarm the ships then bord them
With the crew thats not needed by the damged ships we have

And of course us in the front jumping down

Firing all the splees and buffs etc

Also we need biger arc gunings

"But, I can't leave everyone..." - Mako protests softly, but Ami and Mai appear at her sides and tell her to do as we say, so she nods quietly

We order the admiral to charge in as soon as we [Treestride] her away.

Of course, we're sending away Aritsu and Lyann as well.

As soon as the admiral confirms that we're gone, he signals the ships to line up in a V behind him, with the shield-disabled ships at the ends of the formation, and begins descending unto the Guardian and the Vigilant.

From the point of view of the crew in the ironclads, the sky literally tore open as the capital ship of the western fleet, HMS Imperial Pride, descended upon them.

Having no forth range finder, the rogue (former) Minister of the Left orders the ship to turn around and flee, but as fast as the ship may be, the captain is aware that such a thing is impossible.

Even the fastest horse will not escape a soaring hawk.

Historians disagree on the following actions. Some believe that the captain obeyed the chain of command and began turning the ship in order to retreat, while others believe he did so in order to bring the rear range finder to bear so he could use turret C against the Pride.

Regardless, the Vigilant was ordered forward and towards the north, causing it to turn in such a way as to present its broadside towards the incoming West Fleet, bringing both of its turrets into range as well as all of its AA batteries, but suddenly presenting a wide and clear target to the incoming fleet.

Meanwhile, on board the Pride, the admiral has the fleet speed up and open fire against the back of the Guardian.

Lightning caused the water to boil, and records indicate that electrolysis rusted many of the systems on board the East Fleet capital ship within moments.

Even if there was no visible damage from outside, the Guardian began drifting, unable to steer.

This did not meant it was dead in the water just quite yet, though, for its C turret opened fire, overloading the Prude's first and second shields, but failing to penetrate its thirs and final shield, even with the help of its numerous AA batteries.

The Vigilant, meanwhile, had to bear the brunt of the assault, and its hull had been twisted in a bizarre crescent moon shape under the heat of the lightning guns hitting its broadside.

Every one on board had been fried alive, even if it was still floating.

In exchange, its main gun had fired the only shot to wound the Pride, hitting the left side of its hull, and disabling the lightning guns on that side, as well as killing the crew of all six weapons on that side.

No other Western ship took damage during the second bombing run.

Once again, historians disagree about the role of her excellency's, Mako Tsun, later known as "Empress of the East", involvement in the battle.

She needs to be here with the troops
To be rally and clame victory for the empire

Also what spells do any of the crew know?

The crew we have are way better fighters hand to hand get them on board some how

Death from above

We need to make those slow falling rings about to change the speed you go down
So you can go fast to get close to the bad guys but then slow so you dont die form the landing
>>
>>1528544
I was too late
Damm you work
>>
>>1528544
Also we are the lighting marines

Welding arch wepons in thr name of thr empires
Are we slowing turning into the imperial of man??
>>
>>1528544
Some historians say that she lead the attack from the Pride, while some believe she wasn't present at all, instead having taken the much more sensible action of simply sending a young sapling she was familiar with, intending on using [Treestride] to instantly reach Alquia once news of the sapling's safe arrival were sent back to the capital.

Given that such an option seems much more sensible, most historians believe it to be correct, and believe the logs speaking of her presence on the Pride to have been mere propaganda aimed at boosting the spirit of the crew, and lit the fire of patriotism in their chests.

Regardless, it was quite the surprise when they found the rogue Minister of the Left on board the Guardian, and most historians agree....

>He was executed on the spot by Duke Eldric Lightbringer, who would later become the Eastern Empress' consort.
>He was taken captive and sent back to Mantequire for trial, before being finally executed.

It's for the best that you were late.
A rear attack against ships with turrets, and whose rear guns and rangefinders were completely unharmed?
>>
>>1528563
>>He was executed on the spot by Duke Eldric Lightbringer, who would later become the Eastern Empress' consort.
>>
>>1528563
>Other: He was taken captive, interrogated over several days, and sent back to Mantequire for trial, before being finally executed in public.
>>
>>1528567
I found out aboutt he rear guns as it got posted
Did you know about them befor hand??

Also anyone here do warhammer the one with elfs?

Whwn do the fighters we have gona get arch hand held wepons?
Like an arch hammer or something?

As we are fighting the chise deamons i mean errors
>>
>>1528563
Im a bit confused about these choices?
>>
>>1528570
I don't want to execute him yet. We need to know how they developed ironclad ships, turreted cannons, and how they were able to target us at such a range.
>>
>>1528563

>He was taken captive and sent back to Mantequire for trial, before being finally executed.

Rember he didnt build the ships

Others did that

So asking him about the ships will give us fuck all

As long as we could get them up from the water and test with the pices we have it should be enguh
>>
>>1528584
The fact that the rear guns were I damaged was written here >>1528206
It says that the front guns and turrets were damaged, but that the Imperial rock-it ships were mauled as the passed over and faced away from the Alquians ships' rear guns.
>>
>>1528609

Ok then i missed that somehow.
Ether way ships wore there to distract and cutt of there route out of this fight
Not only it could have goten them to give up face people from differnt places at once
Naver know
>>
>>1528609
Also the our flagship would not have got damged from this
>>
>>1528604
Questioning him will get us who designed and built the ships. If we don't then we have no idea who did it and they can get away while we're questioning people.

Your idea is a terrible one, and just trying to figure out how to build these ships and their systems when Eldric, even with all of his Int bonuses barely comprehended Lyann's notes. So I don't see him being able to easily replicate any of this technology.
>>
>>1528584
>Also anyone here do warhammer the one with elfs?
Me, but this is still (basically) /tg/'s child, so there's a 80% chance everyone does.

>>1528585
In what way?

Kill him now for being a villain, or send him back for trial by Ren.
>>1528584
>Did you know about them befor hand??
I mentioned that the rear guns still worked

Anyway, let's end here for this week, I think.

We'll start with S4 and meeting the succubus-reincarnatd engineer (and nerd/ship otaku) next week.

Take care guys, see you next week, God willing. May do a lewd Omake during the weekend if you have any requests.
>>
>>1528643
As i have re read that i do see it.
Im on my phone and getting busses and things.
>>
>>1528620
Their ships are faster and more maneuverable, and trying to encircle the Alquians would have just resulted in the smaller ships getting pummeled.

The crews on those ships already saw that they could fight against Imperial rock-it ships and come out winning most of the time. Being surrounded only meant that all of their guns would have a target to shoot at.
>>
>>1528633
Y you so angery all the time??

Y yes asking who build it would gives us that a name or mybe where there keeping them ( which be gurded big time and knowing thr name of the person means narthing to us at this point)

Also he dosnt jave to re make those systems just how they wore
And he should have a idea of how a ring finder sorta works to rig a finder and danger spell to work/ do the same thing.
As we are going to more magic way then the whole armored tank ship

Though we should get on making ships that are good at fighting other ships
>>
>>1528643
because they seem to be from a historical perspective, so I was wandering if interrogation was already included in the sent back for trial option and just not mentioned?
>>
>>1528654

Hmmm i thought that we wore making our ships faster and can clime higher in the sky

Its be a bit since we didnt the building of them.

I was trying to say we have them fet ready for a run but we show up and give a space/ distract them as most only have rear guns so as they go to turn around the fire on us then the other ships drop down from behind.

But it dosnt matter at this point.

Im sure since we are going to war now the person/ people that made the ships will pop up anyways not only that but wining this war should stop someone from taking her help

Ether way we are going to make new ships better suited to this type of warfare
>>
>>1528690
You relly want that answered dont you?
>>
>>1528699
We haven't been making the rock-it ships faster, and we haven't studied the captured turbine engine or Alquian propulsion systems at all.
And trying to make them climb higher just means that our crew are injured due to cold and oxygen deprivation, since we haven't even looked at pressurized hulls or the metallurgy needed to make such big metal structures.
>>
>>1528717
kinda I some times obsess over details.
>>
>>1528690
>because they seem to be from a historical perspective, so I was wandering if interrogation was already included in the sent back for trial option and just not mentioned?
Yes
>>
>>1528741
So if he is sent back and put on trial, he will be made to wear a slave collar and made to answer all questions fully and truthfully?
>>
>>1528758
>So if he is sent back and put on trial, he will be made to wear a slave collar and made to answer all questions fully and truthfully?

Yes. But the engineer succubus that designed the ships is on board anyway, so there's not much we can get our of him that we cant get out of her.
>>
>>1528767
Oh, so she's on the ship. How would we find that out?
>>
>>1528767
Shes on board as well?
Well that changes things

Do people normal jave those put on them for trails??

>>1528720

Well then we have been lazy

Also rideing trains andbusses makes me a shity reader somethimes hmm

Lest the arc guns dont distory the ships too much mostly so we can have people pull them apart.

Also we dont have to do everything
We got labs and other people that can study them as we do other things ( whwn we arnt beening lazy dicking around)
>>
>>1528783
Well I have a scene in mind where she cries about us hurting her precious ship.

But it can just be that later when we are checking the prisomer list we see there's a chief engineer includedand call her over to question her
>>
>>1528785
We've reached the limits of our research teams. We don't have the personnel that are smart enough or talented enough, and the ones that are smart enough are already have their own projects or still lack the fundamental knowledge needed to begin reverse-engineering tech of this level.
>>
>>1528798
But that's not good DMing, telling us what's going to happen and how we can not miss the good loot.
>>
>>1528810
I like to talk with players like friends so we enjoy the story together, then trust them to act IC anyway, separating IC knowledge from OOC stuff
>>
>>1528936
Did we save any of the crew from the sunken ship? There was no mention of our Pets going to save them.
>>
>>1528936
hows "Battle of sky and sea" sound as a description?
>>
>>1534364
Thats fine
>>1529137
I was planning on mentioning it as an after action report
