The Pink dots are places she can enter. Like open shops or cafes.

Yellow Squares are police station which will most certainly be sending out officers soon.
It's best to try to avoid them at the moment.

The colored lines are Tram lines.==>The dark shaded circles indicate tram stations stations.

Riding the Tram is primary method of transport for the city, being fully automated means all the trams always run on time. They operate on timetables with 15 minute intervals in between arrivals with just about a minute for entry before departure.

The Crimson Tram is will be arriving at the station in a few seconds. Gale and Vivian decide to enter the Crimson Station rather than wait inside the corner store next door.

The Crimson Line goes to the Western part of The City.
Gale has an acquaintance there who doesn't often go to school and knows to keep her mouth shut. Plus she has high speed internet.
This line also could take her to this lovely cafe she frequents that sells her the best eclairs.
But there's also this lady she needs to see on a regular basis but that would require a transfer to the gold line.
All of these places would take about an hour to get to.

Gale opens her messages and to see that her primary informant has been trying to inform her of a developing story.
Gale tries to pry some more useful intel out of her but evenutally gives up after she goes on some nonsensical tanget.

She then contacts her scholarbound aquaintance Ferdinand to see how the events are developing in the school.
However the interrogative tables turn as Ferdidnad begins to ask Gale a series of potentially revealing questions.
Gale isn't certain if she intrust Ferdinand with the truth or not.
It is 10:32, Gale and Vivian will need to transfer to the Gold Line at their next stop.

As the "BAP warrior" tries to get Vivian off of him Gale is able to go up to him and deliver a powerful kick to his shins. He cries and slightly keels forward in pain. The "BAP warrior" is rendered unbalanced and distracted, thus Gale's arm reaches for his leg and pulls it up from under him and trips him over to the trams ceramic floor.
Gale and Vivian then proceed to vigorously kick the "BAP Warrior" repeatedly. After a few minutes of cathartic pummeling the two hear the tram's beeper indicating that the two have arrived at their stop.


Gale takes the man's wallet and spits on him before leaving.

As Gale and Vivian slowly walked towards
their destination Gale decides to opens the wallet
gesturing to Vivian to look as she does it. she cracks it open
to find that there was nothing in it sans
a receipt for a 20,000 shekel BAP wallet.

At first Gale is utterly stunned by this knowledge but then the
shock melts into a vague smirk that makes Vivian visibly uneasy.
The two then proceed to share
an awkward laugh at the fact, then
nonchalantly toss the wallet into a trash bin.
Gale leads Vivian into a sleazy Hotel up the stairs
and to a door.
The hotel's hallways radiated with the
heavenly glow of flickering fluorescent
light bulbs and tacky neon signs. Vivian noted that the farther from
staircase the two went and the deeper into halls the stronger the
scent of Vomit and depression becomes. Vivians remarks like this confuse
Gale and so she just ignores them and continues onward until suddenly she stops.
She knocks on the door to a cartoonishly cheerful rhythm. After a few minutes
wait the door opens and a Woman stands before the two.
"What the hell d'want kid?" The woman says groggily.
"I'm here to discuss matters of business in a
most professional manner." Responded Gale in slow and deliberate tone of voice.
"Fucking god." The Woman responded as she gestured for the two to enter.

The woman grogily walks towards a matress on the floor that is surrounded by
empty beer bottles and lazily crashes into an indentation in the matress.
Gale claims the sofa parrallel to the matress and sits upright on the right

The Woman looks at Gale and asks,"What do y'want kid?" Gale smirks malevolently
and says, " I'm just hear to fufill my monetary obligations to-"

finally acknowledging Vivian's presence.

Way back in Villain Quest 2 our former villain

after joining a gang lead by this Woman broke into Gale's home hoping to stop her gambling ring, that she ran along with her Father,

from infringing on the gangs gambling monopoly,

After some calm diplomacy and patricide Gale convinced them to allow her to continue her illegal gambling ring at the price of 50% of it's revenue.

The assailants left her abode and Gale disposed of her Father's body.

The next day the man who made the agreement with Gale became one of the first Casualties of the Gang War that currently embroils the city.

Despite this Gale kept her end of the bargain in order to ensure that her operation remains clandestine and her father's death remains unknown

but not without a caveat, she only parts with 25% of her income monthly.

It has been six months since the agreement was made.

Daryll is the other member of the woman's gang. Apparently he's dead now.

The woman is left without a gang, but the crime syndicate her gang works under will probably assign more members soon though.

The Woman's gang allegiance is with the Black Spades.

Vivian and Gale leave Rita's sleazy Hotel room and board the Gold Tram going northward. They Transfer to
the Jade line going Eastward towards Hope River. After an hour and a half ride the two get off of the Jade line and board the Emerald line going north toward the poor suburb adjacent to Hope River, exiting after only two stop.
It was all very uneventful and efficient. However the quiet clinical process of riding the travel gave them time to take revel in the majesty of public transport.

The two walk up the desolate cul de sac in silence. Allowing the emptiness surrounding them to occupy the space between each other. The eeriness of Vivian's deserted neighborhood never ceases to weigh on Gale. The echoing footsteps creep up to a house that had been slowly eroded by the flow of time but mended and branded by the caring master who now owns it.

Vivian has always had a macabre fascination with occultism and as such has marked her home with various occultic symbols and regularly performs pagan rituals in her home to ward off evil spirits, or to attract them. Gale was at one point deeply fascinated by her friends lifestyle but with years has become jaded to it.

Needless to say Vivian lives alone much like Gale.

Vivian leads Gale into her house passed the "dying room", up the stairs to where she spends most of her time.

Gale has always found the trek up Vivian's stairs to be rather precarious since the railing had quite evidently long since fallen off due to age and with every step the age of the house is felt ever stronger.

The upstairs corridor is narrow and painted black except for the doors which are painted a dark red.

Each door is marked with the sign of a different Pagan doctrine she studied.
