“How soon to Lothal, Helmsman?”

The Helmsman says to you, “About three hours, Admiral.” Good, good. “Advance scouting reports tell us that the Yuuzhan Vong have the system firmly in their hands. The Princess along with the Worldship at Lothal will be behind a good sized fleet I am told, sir.” Alright. But why are you getting this information from your Helmsman? Does this peasant think he’s actually your XO or something? Where’s F4?

F4 rolls up to you. “Sir. I believe that we should perhaps deploy outside of the system. Deploy TIE Scouts first to examine the enemy formation.”

“Agreed,” you say. “I wouldn’t like to go in blind.” The little droid does have a good idea every once in a while. “Helmsman, make our course outside the system and drop us out of hyperspace. Do so quietly if at all possible.”

“Sir.” The Helmsman nods, going back to his piloting console.

F4 whirls his dome to you. “Several days in hyperspace, you’ve been all business so far.”

“Of course I am. Lord Vader is aboard.”

“It just strikes me as funny that you’re only serious when your life is at stake.” You kick F4 onto his back. “Ow.”

> “Bring me Prosecutor. I want to run over the plan of attack with her.”

“Get me Prosecutor, F4.” F4 beeps affirmatively, getting back onto his feet and rolling away. “I want to run over the plan of attack with her.” Prosecutor is a bit like your steady old war droid of sorts. She’ll know how to tackle this.

-

-

“I have no idea how to tackle this.”

Well.

Prosecutor looks at the tactical map of Lothal. The twin moons of Lothal were being used to anchor the Yuuzhan’s vong position around the planet, with the Worldship occupying the other side. In between those two, the Yuuzhan Vong defense fleet, consisting of around twenty cruisers, five Star Destroyers, fourty corvettes, and ten carriers, along with the Corvette Princess herself, was floating in a ring pattern. They were evenly distributed as well, with reports of the Corvette Princess orbiting the planet at great velocity. In short, there was no good position to attack the planet from, except for maybe above and below. But that would mean having to expose yourself to the entire defensive formation at once.

Prosecutor rubs her chin, squinting at the battle map. “If we were to attack in force, they could stall us while the Worldship moves into position to provide fire support.”

“So what do you think?” you ask.

“Hm…” She takes a few minutes to think on it. “We need to separate this force somehow. If we can isolate the fleet from the worldship, or if we can eliminate the Princess from the equation…”

“Defeat in detail essentially,” F4 says.

“Correct.” Prosecutor says. “What we need to do is find a way to get the various elements of this defense fleet to disperse into easily manageable groups. But with the Princess there, she can easily rally them…”

> “Then the Princess is our primary target.”
> “We’ll deal with it as it comes.”
> “Hey, a full-scale assault is sure to work. They’ll never expect it.”

“Then the Princess is our primary target,” you say. An image of the Princess appears on the tactical map. A corvette-sized girl with a big helmet on her head. Not much else you can see aside from that and her glowing eyes. “We’ll take her out first and then we can take the rest of the fleet piecemeal.” You look to F4. “Have we made any progress on Lusankya?”

“She’s been talking more and opening up a little bit,” says F4. “But I understand that she’s still reluctant to take arms.” Damn. Right then… “However, considering how effectively these girls fight despite you-“ You glare at him. “I mean, because of you, I imagine they can hold their own even without a Super Star Destroyer Starship Girl.”

Prosecutor nods. “I concur. There is another thing we have to discuss though, Admiral.” You nod to her, allowing her to continue. “Since we… we captured Lusankya. Perhaps we should make an effort to capture this Princess as well.” That gains the attention of other Officers on board. They do not look happy at the prospect. And why should they be? Last time they captured a ship, the cost was heavy. You won’t blame them, but at the same time, who cares what they think anyway. “If we can capture her like we did Lusankya, maybe she’ll be useful. Or maybe she’ll turn like Lusankya did or…”

F4 says, “The pragmatic solution would be to simply kill her and eliminate the rest of the Fleet, Admiral.” Prosecutor frowns a little, folding her arms.

“I know that,” says Prosecutor. “But, we should try to make an effort, Admiral. At the very least, or maybe we can send Lusankya out there to negotiate or… well, something.” An interesting turnaround Prosecutor. Still, she presents a good point. Another addition to the Fleet without having to scout for life crystals. Perhaps she may be right…

Though…

“If we can, we will,” you say. Truth be told, you wouldn’t to kill something so cute. But if it comes to it, you’re not trading your girls for her. Prosecutor nods, a little grim. She understands that it’s a long shot for a successful capture. However, if a chance emerges, you’ll take it. If only to make the girls happy and maybe give the corvettes a fifth in their little antics. “We’ll isolate the Princess, take her out first, the rest of the ships should fall neatly into place. Prosecutor, the rest is up to you.”

She bows to you. “Admiral.” She straightens up, then gives you a very faint smile. “We’ll do our best out here.”

She better. If she doesn’t, you’re going to die.

With that, Prosecutor salutes you, then turns to exit the bridge. The Helmsman turns back to you. “Admiral. We’re an hour and a half out from the Lothal system. We’ve plotted a course to outside the system and we will await your orders once we arrive.” Good, very good.

F4 turns his dome to you. “I assume you’re going to assault the opposite side of the planet from the Worldship?”

“Yep.” You smirk a bit, placing your hands on your hips. “We’ll bait out the Princess, eliminate her, then we’ll handle the rest of the Fleet. The Worldship though is another issue entirely. I imagine it won’t go down easily.”

“It won’t,” says F4. “The last time you tried to take one down, you died.” Oh. That’s right.

“Well, so did you,” you say. “Maybe this time I’ll throw you to the Worldship.”

“Maybe this time I’ll let you,” he says bluntly.

“…”

Commander Kohlenkau stands before you, looking incredibly unamused as she wears a frilly pink dress over her uniform. The corvettes all happily hang off of her arms or her back as she stares at you. “They made me do it,” she states very firmly.

“Doesn’t Auntie Koko look cute?” asks Agility.

“Yeah!” Black Hawk rests her legs around Commander Kohlenkau’s head. “We made the dress ourselves! You’d be surprised what you can do with spare uniforms and paint!” Oh. They made this dress? It looks wonderful considering the lack of materials. Commander Kohlenkau stands still as a statue. You can tell that she really wants to rip the dress off and yell at the girls. But she’s too nice to do that.

“Right, corvettes. Off of my XO, please,” you say. They all mope and moan in disappointment as they dismount her. They hurry on over to the chairs of the briefing room. The girls have all been assembled. Though you do notice Commerce and VP sitting way in the back, slouching back like the delinquents they claim to be. “Alright. Prosecutor.”

Prosecutor steps up, a datapad in hand as she presents the battle map. “Here is the plan for our operation into the Lothal System. The Admiral have agreed that the way to victory today will be the elimination of the Corvette Princess. Therefore, we agree that she must be isolated from the main battlegroup and eliminated. Either captured or killed. The plan is simple. We’ll use the corvettes, backed up by myself and Force of Commerce to lead a probing strike towards her. Then we’ll retreat back towards these twin moons.” The twin moons appear on the map. “The moons provide a blind spot in their line of sight. There, we’ll hide the rest of our fleet, and pounce on the Princess and any of her escorts. We will lock her in place then either capture or kill her. And from there, we will engage the rest of the enemy fleet at range. Any questions?”

Resolute raises her hand. “How are we supposed to capture her?”

Prosecutor explains it thusly. “We have concluded that if we can damage the Corvette Princess to critical levels, we can deploy Utility Tugs.” A hologram of a Utility Tug appears, whirling around to show off. The corvettes oooh and aahhh at it. “These Tugs will capture the Princess in tractor beams and escort her back to the ship, where we have science crews and security teams on stand-by.”

Acheron raises her hand as well. “Question. Are we taking Lusankya into battle with us as well?” Prosecutor freezes, then looks to you. Everyone does.

It’s a tough decision. And you can’t make it for Lusankya. “I’ll have a talk with her first,” you say. “If she’s not willing, she’s not willing. But if she is… no reason we can’t throw her out there. At the very least, she has to be relearning how to fly among a group and how to manage her own safety in a battle.” Everyone looks nervous at that. The two Separatist ships whisper into each other’s ears. The corvettes gossip quietly. “Girls. I know things seem difficult right now. But no one ever said this would be easy.”

Prosecutor salutes you. “Of course, sir!” She looks to everyone. “Does anyone else have any questions?” Silence. “Then to action stations! Let’s go!” Everyone stands up out of their chairs, moving to the door. Prosecutor touches your arm, smiling to you. “I’ll be there if you need me.”

“I should be fine,” you say.

“Are you sure?” Resolute walks up to you, concerned. “What happens if Lusankya suddenly turns? She could kill you.”

“It’s fine,” you say. “I’m perfectly safe talking to Lusankya.”

“How?” asks Prosecutor.

“Because she’s sharing a room with Darth Vader.”

One of the cargo bays in the Lucifuge had been set aside for Lord Vader and for Lusankya. In it was Vader’s meditation chamber, a huge capsule with which he sits in quietly without being disturbed by anybody. And across from that meditation chamber was the holding cell for Lusankya, little more than a strong glass box where Lusankya is allowed a bed, a table, and a chair. Two Hazardtroopers were serving as the guards.

And you were in there alone with nobody to help you.

Right. Stiff upper lip and all that. Time to put on the mask. You step in. Lord Vader seems content to stay in his meditation chamber it seems as it doesn’t open up. Maybe he doesn’t notice you. Perhaps he does and isn’t finding it worth it to greet you. Either way, you’re safe and your neck isn’t being crushed. This is good, this is very good. You walk up to the cell, and find Lusankya bouncing a rubber ball against the wall of the glass. “Hello, Lusankya.” She looks to you, and grins, standing up.

> Hello, Admiral.

“How are you feeling?” you ask.

> Quite well. Your Starship Girls visit me occasionally, Resolute especially. They’ve been keeping me good company while we’ve been in hyperspace.

“That’s good. I’m sorry I haven’t been able to come talk with you in a while, we’ve been busy.”

“I just wanted to see how you were feeling. You look better. Quite better in fact.” A little color has returned to Lusankya’s skin, and she’s definitely more active in moving around and walking about her cell. You noticed that the corvettes were helping out a lot based purely on the fact that they like to use her as a mountain to climb. She nods, still smiling at you.

> I am. I haven’t felt this way in so long.

She tilts her head, looking to you with a quirked brow.

> Though. I assume you’re not here purely to check on me.

“Right.” You look back at Vader’s meditation chamber. No activity. You look back at Lusankya. “We could use your help, Lusankya. I wanted to know if you were willing to help us. At least test yourself in battle with the Fleet.” Lusankya’s smile drops completely. “I know you haven’t had experience in actually fighting or doing anything of the sort but it’s up to you. I won’t try and force you.” But if Lord Vader does comment on it, you’re going to throw Lusankya out there with a blaster pistol if you have to. “Do you feel ready?”

Lusankya immediately shakes her head.

> No. No… it’s- I’m scared.

“I believe in you.” You place your hand against the glass, looking her in the eye. “I know you can be strong, Lusankya. But… if you wish to remain behind for now, I won’t force you.” Damn it, damn it, motherfrelling Hutt piece of scat she’s too scared. Vader’s going to tear you in half. You look back at his meditation chamber.

… no movement.

You look back at her. “Look. Don’t force yourself. Okay?” She nods, looking intensely guilty. “We’ll-“ The ship buckles lightly, stopping you.

“Sir.” Commander Kohlenkau calls you over comms. “We’ve arrived outside the Lothal system. We’re awaiting your orders.”

“Alright,” you respond. “I’ll be there. Hold on.” You turn to Lusankya, walking backwards to the door. “Just stay calm. We’ll do our best out there, alright? Don’t worry about a thing.” Lusankya looks down at the floor, her hands against the glass. She’s radiating guilt and impotence. Regardless, no matter how much it pains you by sheer fact of it making you look like an idiot, you can’t force it. She needs to be eased in gently.

You hurry to the bridge.

“The Starship Girls are deploying now, Admiral,” says Commander Kohlenkau, having changed into a fresh uniform it seems as well. She motions to the window where Prosecutor leads the fleet group forward towards the twin moons. “We’re moving at steady pace now towards the twin moons. Scouts report the Yuuzhan Vong have made no movements just yet and that the Starship Princess has not detected our presence yet either. We have complete advantage of surprise.”

“Good, good.” You step up to the window, observing the planet in the far distance as the moons close in. “How long until we get behind the moons?”

“Ten minutes, sir,” says the Helmsman.

Right. They haven’t picked up your arrival yet. You should…

“Take us behind the moons. Prosecutor, stay with us.”

“Yes, Admiral!” The Lucifuge sets course for behind the largest of the two moons. The idea here now is to break immediate line of sight. The hope then will be that once the engagement begins, the Vong won’t recognize that there’s a Victory-class supporting the Fleet on the field. And hopefully you’ll be able to pick them apart piecemeal as they run at you in small groups. The Worldship will be a bigger challenge, but you’ll cross that bridge when you get to it.

The Lucifuge after several minutes of maneuvering makes it behind the moon. It now takes up most of your view. And from here you’ll have to observe via screens and from cameras. Prosecutor reports in. “Sir, we’ve got scouting reports from Agility and Black Hawk.”

Their two screens showing their faces appear. “Admiral! I-“ Agility is immediately interrupted by Black Hawk.

“Admiral! Admiral! I saw them!” says Black Hawk.

“Shut up!” Agility bumps her screen against Black Hawk’s. “This is my scouting report!”

“Girls. Please. Serious,” you state.

Black Hawk pouts intensely as Agility goes on. “We’ve spotted a cruiser and two corvettes moving to investigate. We do see the Princess as well behind them but she’s staying back towards the defensive line. What do you want us to do?”

“Go and bait her out.”

Prosecutor and Commerce wave in the corvettes. Agility, Black Hawk, Tellstar, and Sundered Heart speed forward, and the two cruisers follow in behind them. They fly ahead in echelon, speeding towards the incoming scout group from the Vong. Prosecutor and Force of Commerce keep pace behind them as best they can. Hopefully the four girls don’t get too eager. If they get caught out by themselves, they’ll be massacred.

The corvettes start the engagement with some blasts from their laser cannons. Meant to get the Vong’s dander up rather than do any real damage. Some splashes here and there, and the scout group immediately slows down. You look to the tactical map, and see more elements of the Vong defense fleet moving out, but just a pair of cruisers and the Starship Princess. The Worldship and everything else holds position.

Wait. What the-

“Sir, that Princess is moving fast!” yells the Helmsman.

The corvettes stop in place, watching an incoming flash of light come right at them. “What in the heck is that!?” screams Agility.

“Evasive maneuvers!” Prosecutor shrieks. Commerce and Prosecutor immediately move to interpose themselves between the Princess and the Corvette. You can see the intense light of the Princess moving closer. It even smashes right through a cruiser, completely blowing it in half. What in the Emperor’s name!? SHE’S FAST!

Prosecutor and Commerce get there too late.

The Princess smashes right into Tellstar. Tellstar goes flying off into space, screaming in pain. “Tellstar’s in critical condition!” shouts Commander Kohlenkau. The Princess flies upwards and sprays a spread of laser cannons at the panicking corvettes, who all break off in different directions. Prosecutor catches Agility, but Commerce is too slow to catch Black Hawk and Sundered Heart from running away.

“Send in the Fleet!” yells Prosecutor. “We need to get her n-“ Prosecutor is batted to the side by the speeding Princess. She goes spinning away. The Princess loops and flies around.

Well. Not what you expected.

Assessor throws out her energy whips to try and catch the Princess. The Princess dodges and bolts around the formation, spraying them with laser cannon fire. It doesn’t harm the bigger girls like Finalizer and Resolute, but it’s enough to start a panic. “She’s so fast!” yells Assessor. “A worthy target to hunt I suppose but still!”

Finalizer emerges at the front of the formation. “No corvette is a match for the Scion of the Dark Side!” She draws her fighter capsules. “Fly my pretties, fly! Hahaha!” Finalizer releases her stock of TIE Fighters. They go speeding off to pursue the Princess, only to be immediately swatted away by the Princess’ accurate laser cannon fire. Well, at least she’s stopped firing at them. The Princess continues flying rings around the formation as the reinforcing groups close in. Black Hawk and Sundered Heart meanwhile are still flying in panic. Tellstar is critically damaged. Prosecutor and Commerce are now slightly isolated on their own.

Okay, at least you have the Princess right where you want her. But those reinforcements of hers are going to close in any minute now and time is of the essence.

“Get rescue ships out to Tellstar. Move in to reinforce Prosecutor and Commerce.” The Lucifuge breaks position from behind the moon to go and help out the two cruisers. “And give me a screen of TIEs!” The alert is put out to have the TIE Fighters deploy. You walk up to the window and see the ship slowly move into position near Prosecutor and Commerce. As the rest of the Fleet struggles to catch the Princess, you see the reinforcements move in to try and isolate your cruisers and corvettes. One cruiser starts firing turbolasers as the corvettes close in to harass.

“Brace!” Prosecutor swings around, shielding Agility from the blasts of turbolasers. Commerce meanwhile manages to grab a panicking Black Hawk and pushes her behind the hull of your ship into safety. The only one remaining is Sundered Heart who-

Who is too fast to actually catch. “Speed is armor! Do not question my plans! I am not a coward!” she screams nobly as she flies around in space. Well. At least she’s dodging. “AAAAHHH!”

Prosecutor spins around and fires a spread of four torpedoes. They speed off over your bow and slam into the cruiser, tearing it asunder. The next cruiser however arrives with another trio of corvettes.

Commander Kohlenkau calls to you. “Sir. The Yuuzhan Vong defense fleet is splitting off more reserves.” You see a Star Destroyer move out along with two cruisers. Oh boy. “And the fleet is still dealing with the Princess as well.”

“Focus on attacking that Princess!” you declare. “Prosecutor, Commerce, get the corvettes together and reinforce the fleet! I’ll have my ship delay the reinforcements as best as I can.”

“Got it!” says Prosecutor. Prosecutor, Commerce, and the remaining corvettes immediately speed towards the hornet’s nest that was your main Starship Girl fleet, being harassed incessantly by the Princess. The Princess continues to zoom around in space, dodging and speeding through laser fire as she lines her armored head up with another target.

“Look out!” yells Resolute. Everyone immediately dodges around. Finalizer however not fast enough. The Princess tackles her in the gut, sucking the air right out of her lungs. The Princess however continues pushing the dazed and stunned Finalizer until she lets go, sending Finalizer crashing into VP. The two big ships are stunned but not too badly damaged.

Assessor throws out another energy whip. To no avail. “It’s no use! She’s too fast and I can’t get a bead on her!” She says, “Do we really have to kill her!? I’d love to mount her on my wall!”

“Focus!” says Prosecutor. “We have to shepherd her into a killzone! Her charging is her only means of doing real damage to us!”

Profundity laughs. “HAHA! And you all called me stupid for thinking charging is the best way to deal damage!”

The Princess stops and lines herself up again. She immediately blasts herself off at the nearest ship. “Look out!” The fleet manages to dodge this time. But she continues speeding towards your ship… your ship! WHOA!

“BRACE!” you yell. Everyone holds onto something. The Princess smashes into the glass window, creating a large crack in it. The Princess shakes her head, barely dazed as she floats in front of your window. She glares at you, before smashing her head into the window again, creating more cracks.

“Intensify forward firepower!” you shout. The guns turn to the Princess and fire upon her. The green turbolaser bolts scream past her, one blasting her in the back. You can see her cringe in pain as she backs away from your bridge and starts whirling and spinning around to avoid the turbolaser fire. “And get that window sealed over!” An emergency shutter immediately drops down over the window. With your vision now slightly impaired, you walk to the side to see what’s going on. The Princess continues to flit and dance through the fire and the flames of laser cannons and turbolasers.

Suddenly your ship gets a new hole sunk right into it. Ah! The cruisers! They fly in, moving into support. However, a spread of missiles suddenly stops them in their tracks.

Acheron looks up from her holobook, sipping tea as she lets her missile pods do the work. “Oh. They hit. Lovely.” She goes back to reading.

The cruisers start clumsily moving into a line, with the corvettes moving forward to screen their advance. Right, that’ll buy you some time! The Princess appears now to be trapped in the killzone of your turbolasers. “Assessor!” you shout.

“As you command!” Assessor flies in and snaps her energy whip forward. She wraps up the Princess, who starts struggling in place trying to break free. “I have her now! She’s immobilized!”

“Get the Utility Tugs out there, we’re taking her in!” Another alert sounds as a squadron of Utility Tugs are deployed out from the Lucifuge’s hangar. The Princess continues to struggle and buckle in the grasp of Assessor’s energy whip.

“Moving to capture,” says the Tug Squadron leader. “Tractor beams live!” The Princess fires off wild laser cannon blasts as the Utility tugs move in. Your heart races to realize that she might take down a few. And indeed, one even catches a blast and blows up. But Redemption and Resolute immediately fly in and deliver a few convincing blasts to her back and chest. The Princess shrieks and wails, kicking her legs as the Utility Tugs pull her down. “We’ve got her, Admiral! She’s fighting, but she can’t break our grasp!”

“Good, good.” The Princess continues to fight against the pull of the tractor beams surrounding her. “Get her into the hangar immediately.”

“Yes, sir!” says the Squadron leader. “Take her slow now! We’re going to need escort in, if we go too fast, she’ll break the hold!”

“Admiral!” Resolute calls out to you. “Star Destroyer incoming!” Behind the cruiser battle group holding outside your range was the Star Destroyer backed up by two cruiser ships. Frelling heck, they’re piling up! If they keep throwing reinforcements in, there’ll be too many to beat and you’ll have to retreat!

Right, what to do, what to do…

“Get us back behind the moon!” you order. “Full power!”

The Helmsman directs the Lucifuge around. The Starship Girls provide a screening escort as they give suppressive fire to the incoming cruiser battlegroup. All girls who are capable of doing so deploy their fighter squadrons to further block and stall the enemy advance as you begin your retreat.

Redemption’s face appears on screen. “Admiral. Tellstar’s been recovered.” Good, good.

Finalizer’s face appears as well. She shouts out, “The Vong advance on our position! We must oblige their challenge of our authority in this space!”

Prosecutor appears and says, “First off we have to actually divide them so we can destroy them in piecemeal fashion. I’ll run interference with Commerce again on the other moon. The big ships, that’s Finalizer, Resolute, Profundity, Redemption, and VP, have to form a defensive line to serve as a nice big target.”

“LET THEM COME!” shouts Profundity. “We shall show them true grit and mettle!”

“Hey, that’s my line!” says Finalizer. “They shall fear our madness in combat!”

Profundity responds with, “Our fire and fury is unmatched!”

Finalizer pauses. “Y- you-… THE DARKNESS CONSUMES ALL!”

Profundity again responds with, “JUSTICE SHALL PREVAIL!”

“Girls, I hate to interrupt, but we’re kind of in the middle of something.” Profundity puffs her cheeks out, smiling as she declares herself mentally the winner. Finalizer meanwhile glares at her, glowering a bit. “Have the large ships form a defensive line, with the corvettes to the flanks. Prosecutor, Commerce, you two I’m counting on. Don’t do anything rash.”

Commerce huffs. “Ha! We’ll have these Vong bastards sorted in no time!”

The Star Destroyer moves head first, backed up by all the cruisers. It deploys its own screen of fighters and bombers, sending them forward. Finalizer and her group move forward in line, then stop and fire. The two groups collide, with both trading slugs and blows between each other. Finalizer and VP, having already been damaged, do their best to stay in the fight. Prosecutor and Commerce however fly in from the flank from around the other moon. They’re aiming to shut a door down on the Vong battlegroup and essentially squeeze them tight before more reinforcements can come. One cruiser gets completely destroyed in the withering hale of turbolaser fire. Their formation starts to break up.

“We’ve got them on the run!” says Profundity.

“Great, great, don’t get cocky!” VP states.

The Helmsman looks back to you. “Sir. The Vong are not committing any more forces to the fight.” You watch as the stats tell the story. The girls are having their health chipped away, but they’re slowly grinding the Vong fleet down. “The rest of the Vong ships are holding around Lothal.”

Commander Kohlenkau says, “It seems they must’ve realized their mistake. What are your orders?”

> “Finish off the rest and hold position.”
> “Take over. I’m going to see to our new arrival.”
> “Keep up the momentum. Let’s begin probing assaults as soon as we finish this lot.”

“Finish off the rest of them, then we’ll hold our position.” This small group of ships is putting up a good fight, but their loss is inevitable. You suppose they understand retreating would mean they’d die pointlessly anyway. Perhaps they mean to do as much damage as they can before dying. The Vong are quite the suicidal fighters when they mean to be. “Commander, any new movement?”

“No, sir.” Commander Kohlenkau checks the tactical map. “The Vong have not begun to move. It seems they might be planning for a long term fight. They might even think we’re only an advance force for an invasion or a siege.” A siege? Goodness no. You remember reading how well the Siege of Saleucami went. All those years for nothing. No. You intend to break their backs here and now. It’s only a question of when you’ll do it.

Prosecutor calls you up. “Admiral. We’ll have this force finished up in a few minutes. I would advise pulling Finalizer and VP off the line though.” You check their stats. Yeah, quite low on hit points it seems, close to critical status. Fair enough.

“I can still fight, Lord Admiral!” says Finalizer. “Don’t pull me away!”

“Finalizer, I-“ You’re stopped by a Lieutenant running onto the bridge.

“Sir, the Tugs have brought the Princess aboard! Security teams are restraining her now!” he says. Really?

Hm. You have to see this.
