Water. Lots of water. Or a water purification system if you can get one. It's the most important part of the metabolism.

Also wear clothing that covers your body to keep the sun off of your skin, but not too heavy so you don't overheat. Maybe a mask could help, along with some darkened glasses to keep the sun from damaging your eyes.

You might also want some antivenom for any common venomous animals.

I'm not really sure what to bring. I don't know a lot about elf biology or about what the White Desert is actually like. You'll want to do some research beforehand.

Bring a mirror. A flame and a reflective surface can be used to signal people from miles away in case you need rescue! It can also be used in dicey situations to peer around corners and under doors, and perhaps foil spells that require direct eyesight to take effect.

Maybe you should check at the 50-cent store if she has any warded tents or magical collapsible shelters around, too? If it's too hot to travel in the day or too cold at night, some kind of tent or magical pocket-home would be invaluable for survival.

Other than that, the usual water creation spells or magical water dispensers should also be good choices.

Creating water might have its uses, but magic takes energy and creating something from nothing takes a ~lot~ of energy; it's not something we could rely on in an emergency. As a healer, our first priority is seeing to the ill and wounded. Right now, that means looking after Lan; severe alcohol withdrawal can be debilitating or even fatal, but I don't see any runes which we could combine to represent alcohol. We'll just have to be careful and help with her symptoms.

Next we should worry about the undine that's near here; she might be injured and need our help. If the aelor are in a group, then they could look after each other, but a lone undine could be in severe trouble.

I should have thought of this earlier, but you could use a Pull Water spell to collect the sweat that leaves your body. We'd need to add a spell to cool it down, though, before you drink it again.

Also, don't you have spells for flying? Or is that not practical for long-term travel?

How about Convert Heat to Reverse-Gravity? The hotter it gets, the lighter you get, and you'll be cooled off too! But maybe add a cutoff function so it only starts when you're warm and stops when you're cold, so you don't end up freezing yourself by accident.

It's so hot because there aren't any plants here! Water takes more energy to heat up than air or rock, so in most places all of the water in the plants, the ground (which is held there with help of the plants), and the air (which evaporates from the ground and plants) keep the environment from heating too much during the day and cooling too much at night. But since there aren't any plants here, there's no water, either, which means there isn't anything stopping it from getting deathly hot during the day and freezing cold at night. Isn't science fun?

For the heat situation there's not much to be done other than turn the ground into cold water and use magic to keep yourself cool.

You know, walking seems really inefficient, given the whole magic thing. Flying's probably a bit of a waste of mana, given the need to fight gravity, but maybe you could make a magically propelled sled or wagon? Or a boat, if you don't mind wasting mana and want to travel in style.

If you're really desperate, then you might also be able to amplify the sound of your whistle enough to get a dragon's attention...

Sadly, I don't think that will work. Fleshcrafting, like other magic, runs heavily on intention. Much like how the parasite Undine can't just make simple "water to human body" spells, no fleshcraft will really work without the user having a good understanding of what the thing they're making actually is. Otherwise you'll end up with a dragon that's just solid fat all the way through or something because you didn't picture the organs.

Dragons were created by the demi-god of Fire, using humans and several other animals as a base and just adding a metric fuckton of fire.

The result is a flaming lizard skeleton that can put on a human shell. Most dragons tend to lounge around with the shell on to avoid burning/melting/disintegrating their hoard or the land around them.

Sometimes they'll transform back to their dragon form just to 'stretch'.

Also, creating life out of nothingness is insanely difficult and might be against divine law. Even fleshcrafters like Kuro know that making an entire body is damn near impossible.
