"...well alright but I'm wearing my training weights all the same." You turn to Temari and Gaara as Ko shuts the door, noticing that the former seems to have put on some of her usual ninja attire instead of the heavy metal t-shirts and boxers she was wearing earlier. That and she's got her fan. "So," You say, hands on your hips. "Where would you two like to go and be...kids at?"

Gaara shrugs, but Temari cuts in right away with an idea. "Ooooh, I saw this interesting Cafe the other day that I've been meaning to try out, let's go there." Oh no, does she mean the one with the tiny sandwiches and the fragile cups? You don't like that place, everything's so small and easily breakable. But then, Temari is smiling at you awful hard, so she must want to go.

You look to Gaara, who just shrugs again. Ah, understood. "Well alright, I suppose trying new things is important." The three of you exit the building, walking down the street as some people stop and point a bit, you're wondering why until you realize you've still got some rubble and dust covering your clothes from where you fell through the roof.

"So Hiki," Temari says, gaining your attention again. "Got any girls around here that you like?" She asks, being very direct.

"I like all the girls around here." You say, causing Temari to stumble a bit. "I actually like everybody in the Village."

"N-no, I mean do you like-like any of the girls." She asks, you just blink at her. "You know, as in girlfriend material?"

"Why are you asking him this?" Gaara interrupts, frowning a bit. "It's stupid, we should talk about something else...Hiki what's your favorite way to break someone's leg?"

Why do so many people care who you like? Well, better answer Temari or else she'll think you're ignoring her. "Well Temari, I'd say about the only person in the Village that I like-like would be miss Anko." You blush a bit, smiling as you think about her. "She's just so...I don't know, she just makes me feel all light and happy."

Temari frowns, her eye twitching a bit. "Isn't she like, way[/] older than you?" She asks.

"Ooookay." You turn to Gaara. "I suppose my favorite way to break someone's leg would have to have been something I did last week, where I broke one bears leg with the corpse of another bear."

Gaara nods. "I heard you killed a lot of bears, that sounds...cool." You smile, happy that Gaara finds you cool.

"Well, we're here." Temari announces as you arrive at the Cafe. It says something in a foreign language that makes your head spin, but the smells coming from the place seem good enough. Now if only they gave you enough food and had better cups... The three of you take a seat at a table outside, a waiter coming up to take your orders.

You decide to go with ten orders of their special sandwiches, Gaara goes with the soup, and Temari orders a salad....with two heaping portions of bacon on top. Hmmm, nice.

"Hiki?" You turn and see Karin walking down the street, looking worn out a little and...hmm, is that Ichiraku's you smell on her? You've been able to tell that scent apart from others easily considering how often your cousin goes there. Karin smiles, then frowns a bit at Temari before she hops over the small guard rail and takes a seat at the table, opposite Temari. "Didn't take you for someone who liked going to hoity toity places like this." She says, frowning a bit at the establishment. "Sandwiches at these places are always so small."

You nod. "I agre-"

"Well, maybe he appreciates the company enough to want to come here." Temari interrupts, sitting up a little straighter as she crosses her legs. "Atmosphere plays an important part when you go out to eat, and having the wrong person show up can ruin the whole thing." Temari smiles. "I'm Temari, and you are?"

"Karin." She answers back, glaring at Temari from behind her glasses. Your food arrives as the two girls continue stare at each other, and you feel a small bit of disappointment as you notice how small the sandwiches are. Still, at least Gaara likes his soup, or maybe he just doesn't want to be involved in this argument right now. "Funny, Hiki never mentioned you before."

"Well that's becau-"

"That's because he probably didn't feel the need to tell you." Temari says, cutting you off AGAIN. You sigh, nibbling on your tiny sandwiches. "Me and Hiki are such good friends though, it's strange he's never mentioned you." Temari says.

Karin frowns. "Well that's strange, because me and Hiki are pun buddies, and it's odd how, if you and him are such good friends, he's never mentioned YOU to me."

"Maybe cause you're not as important as you think." Temari says, causing Karin to stand up.

"Bitch what'd you say?" Karin growls, cracking her knuckles. Temari stands as well, reaching for her fan.

Gaara and you keep eating, casting a side glance at each other before shrugging.

So focused were you on the odd statement made by Temari, that you took the attack at full force along with Karin and Shikamaru. Oddly enough, Sakura just seems to disappear from your line of sight all together, while Choji quickly expands his fist before burying it into the ground, keeping himself in place.

Hmm, that gives you an idea. You Tekkotsu your own arms, covering them in shiny iron before slamming them into the ground as well, you reach into the earth, grabbing hold and keeping yourself in place long enough for the gust of wind to subside. "That...that was impressive." You remark, earning a grin from Temari. You blink, your hand feels like it's gripping something that...why does this feel off to you.

You stare in wonderment as the earth underneath you seems to turn to mud slowly, before Sakura's form slowly rises up, her face twisted into one of embarrassment and shyness. "H-Hiki stop." You blink, looking down and-OH NO!!!!!!!

You jump backwards, removing your hand from Sakura's chest in the process as you try to grasp-WELL NO YOU DON'T DO THAT! You...you just need to understand what just happened. "I-uh-I..." Oh no you're not good at this, you just grabbed Sakura's boobies! You're not supposed to do that! "SORRY FOR GRABBING YOUR BOOBS!" You shout, giving a quick bow.

You can hear Choji's laughter as it drills into your very soul.

Sakura stands up, blushing as the mud around her seems to fall off easily before she gives a quick huff and wheels around, glaring at Temari. "Do you realize how dangerous that was?! You just attacked people who weren't even part of your stupid fight!"

"Should've gotten out of the way." Temari says, looking very pissed for some reason. "Next time don't-"

"Got'cha bitch!" Karin shouts, grabbing Temari from behind before suplexing her into the ground and then hopping back up, giving a quick peace sign. "Sinchu Style: Sublime Suplex!"

Alright, this is getting out of hand. Temari's bleeding, Karin is using moves learned from Sinchu, and Sakura...you don't wan to think about that right now. You clap your hands together, the ringing sound causing everyone to cover their ears before you finally get their attention. "Calm, down." You say, frowning a bit at the girls. You walk forward, avoiding eye contact with Sakura as you walk past her. This is going to be awkward, maybe you can ask Suzu what to do later. "I'm calling the match here."

"What?" Karin asks, frowning. "But I was winning!"

"Like hell you were!" Temari shouts, looking like she's going to take a swing at the red haired girl before you step in between them.

"Stop it. Temari, you're injured and bleeding heavily from the head, and Sakura was right, we're too close to the last part of the tournament for either of you to be getting injured right now." You sigh, scratching the back of your head. This was a dumb idea. Usually punching things work out a whole lot better for you. Of course usually there aren't so many girls around you either....weird. "Temari, we need to have that wound taken care of."

Temari blinks, but then blushes and smiles. "Oh, well, if you think it needs tending to Hiki."

"I do....Karin, help Temari would you?" You ask, earning a surprised look from the girl. "I'm terrible at needlework, mostly because I never get hurt enough to need to use it, and I'd rather not leave a scar on Temari." You can tell Karin isn't liking this, so you try a different approach. POLITENESS! "Please Karin, for me?"

"...okay." Karin mumbles, walking over to Temari as the two of them glare at each other some more.

You finally turn to face Sakura, who blushes at you. Oh boy, how you gonna' handle this?

"Hiki." Gaara says, getting your attention as he looks down at you. "I wanna' meet your sister."

"Now?" You ask.

Gaara nods. "You talked about her a lot, I wanna' meet her finally."

Well, that's one way out of the situation, but do you just go, and leave the uneasy feeling with Sakura as it is?

You head over to the Inuzuka compound immediately, and arrive there in a quick enough time that you barely notice your legs are starting to burn. Darn, need to work on your cardio. You knock on the gates to the Compound, momentarily confused by what smells like regret and wet dog, before the guards open the gate. "...oh thank goodness, it's just Taka."
