"Just six of them, they normally invade in a group of 3 or 4. They've all got iron arms and armour, their leader has an enchanted axe. My coworker Robinet can sense magic and he said one of them was a spell caster, she was wearing regular iron armour and had a weapon like the rest of them though. They invade from the eastern forest but Oakheart is a pretty big place when you're trying to find 4 invisible people in the middle of the night"

My first thought was to cover Ulric up with some peasant wrappings to hide his armor and make him resemble an older peasant, obtain a cart, and have him loiter in the streets with the cart, perhaps pretending to fix the wheel, while Alina is poised in a nearby rooftop or similar vantage point, Salaman is another such spot as well, and Christof and a cluster of summoned help hide in the cart, ready to pounce on the would-be kid-nappers.
Surprise melee with Alina providing ranged support and Salaman casting additional summons or such.

This has been the 20th session of Seeker Quest. A few days ago the suptg archive score for the first thread increased to 11 giving the quest an "excellent thread" rating which made me ecstatic. 10 threads ago the rating was 6 and we just finished the Bandit Camp.
I intend to continue the quest for the forseeable future, I have lots of ideas. If you have any feedback, critique, suggestions etc now would be a good time. A few qtgs ago someone mentioned the combat system was weak which is why I changed it to enable more options.

Read the past threads in the archive. Pastebin is nice. Early on when Christof leveled up, you said allies would as well. Alina got 20 points but no more lvls for the rest?

Alina has an intelligence score of 6 so she started with 80 skill points (50+INT*5) and gains 22 skill points every level.
Early on the mechanics were not well established and Alina unnaturally gained a few extra skill points in Ranged and Abjuration thanks to Christof's instruction.

iir Alina's character sheet only appeared once in thread #13 pic related.
Through dialogue with her all her skill points ended up been distributed to Ranged and Abjuration, both skills have a very low base value.

She is now level 3 and has a feat. Although her character sheet hasn't been posted since she last leveled up.

Yeah I've been leveling Ulric and Salaman automatically. And if Alina is in a situation where she needs to use Ranged or Abjuration i'll just spend her skill points/feat based on the last recommendations Christof made to her.
