You're not waiting around to get a feed a lead salad. Nor clueless enough to talk it out with robbers currently killing everyone in your path. You take the most logical approach, getting your gun out and getting your mom and getting out of here through the employee area they must have a exist back there.
You get the LeMat out and run to the women's bathroom where your mom is at. Luckily it's not a single person restroom such it's unlocked.
You slammed the door open, and scan the area for your mother. There was a lady at the sink area putting on makeup but no sign of your mother. She must be in one of the stall.
The middle aged lady putting on makeup, stopped and turned to you. Surprised plastered all over her face before turning to horror when her eyes moved downward to your gun.
She starts screaming and crying, but you were having none of it. You are on a mission to save your mother, you ignore her as you go looking for mother in the 4 stalls in the restroom.

You yell as you narrow down the stall your mother is at. You throw caution to wind and throw over the door of the stall. Which opens to your mother sitting on the toilet looking through her phone.
[Mom] “Manfred, what are doing in the ladies restroom. Is that a gun!” She said completely not getting the seriously of the situation at hand.
You grab her by the arm, and pull her with you from her stall. While getting your mother, the other lady took it as a chance to leave the restroom.
[Manfred] With panicked breaths you spit out. “Mom, they'll killing everyone!” You say as you drag her past the stalls and out the restroom door.

While your mother is worry about your mental state, she goes along with you without much resistance trusting you.
You and your mother leave the restroom. On the left is double set door with a sign that reads employee only. In the front is a employee door to the butcher section. And to the right was back where you where, the general store.
While thinking what to do next you're interrupted by a gunshot to the right. It's the lady from the restroom, she just got shot. You see her Crumples like a rag doll to the floor as blood start to pool around her. Another gunshot rings out, hitting the dead body on the floor.

“Fucking bitch. Got another one here guys.” You hear to the left at the end of the hall.

How combat works
Current Weapon LeMat 2d6 (9) or 3d6 shot (1)

Since you ambushed this guy you get a +5 to the roll. Because he had no idea you were there. Your speed located in your Neet Stats are added to the roll for a +2. Having weapon skill will give you a +# but at this time you have no skill. Lastly it’s point blank range so you have to beat the DC of 10.
Called shots are -4 to attack roll. If none are called I rolled d10 for location.

Robbers are normal humans. And would have some skill using guns. By the sounds you hear they are using modern weapons 9mm or .45ACP with larger mag sizes. So they'll be faster than you, shoot better than you. So most likely shoot you down before you can make one shot.

You throw caution to the wind, it’s time to become a hero and gun down the rest of the animals that thought they can rob this store without resistance. You pick up the gun of the fallen enemy it's a 9mm and by the weight of it, should have some rounds left in it. With it in hand you feel like you can put more firepower down there way. You then began the hunt for the enemy. Gunshots still fill the air as more and more innocent people are gun down, left and right. Your mom is making her way through the back rooms, calling the cops while at it. If they're quick they should be here right quick with the amount of killing going on.

It's time to put all those gaming skills to work, mainly Metal Gear Solid. You crouch low and began making your way to a robber would be by ear, and get him while he's away from the group and pop him before he even noticed you.

You get off your ass and hightail back to the aisle, and watch the bodies waiting for the other amigo to round the counter. Hoping to God, that this will go as planned, so you can quickly pop him if he comes down the aisle. He does indeed come down the aisle with his Glock at hand. He stopped in his tracks when he saw his friend body. He raises his gun and scans the area around. You duck your head down and hide from his view.

While you catch a breath, you see a family of 4 cowering in the corner. With the father and mother covering there child. They probably think you're part of the problem as the father stares you down with fear in his eyes. But that's far from the truth. from within the aisle you hear the robber.

[Juan] "Shit they killed him! You motherfuckers!"

While Juan is cursing about his revenge you signal to them, to keep quiet and head to the exit which you point out are near the restroom. Thankfully, Juan made it clear that you're not one of them, so they understood, and followed the direction as they take off to the restrooms while you still hide behind the aisle waiting for the enemy to come out. Taking a quick peek Juan spotted the family as they ran past and started making his way to them. Going down the aisle and taking a left, complete missing seeing you on the right. With his back to you, he takes aim at the family with murderous intent. While you take aim point blank into his fully exposed back ready to fill him with a lead salad.

You pop two shots from your gun both hitting the dude’s right leg. The force of the bullets are enough to destroy his leg as you see shards of bone on the ground. He falls to the ground unto his side, dropping his gun with him. He turns his head and looks at you, the last thing he sees is the lard ass gringo that killed him before drifting away. With another one down there was only one left, by the sounds of it at the entrance of the store with the cash registers.

[Robber 1] ”Juan! José! Jesús! I got the money, Come on, vámonos”

You stay quiet and peek out to the aisle, you couldn’t see him from here, so you move over to the next aisle to see if you can spot him. After doing this 2 or 3 times, you hear the muffled sounds of sirens off in the distance. You see his skinny ass run out of the store.

[Robber 1] “Hijo de puta!” He said before you hear his footsteps get fade.

In no way in hell you can get to that guy, so you sit down at the aisle end. Your clothes are coated with blood and other parts that should stay inside the body. You check your mag of 4 rounds reminding, place it down. With everything done you reflect on the shitshow you had to go through. You grab the closest item of food and pop it open for some tasty cheese goodness from the bag of chips.

You hear gunshots from the outside. Before it gets quiet again, the ringing in your ears lessen a bit, as you hear sobs within the store around you as you snack away on the chips. The adrenaline in your body begins to wear off, as you get your fill of unhealthy snacks after a good week or two of healthy eating.

The police storm in, you slide the gun away from you. Not wanting any extra holes from the cops. They start clearing out the area, handcuffing what you think is the dead robbers, kicking guns away, all that.

[Cop] “We got a cold one here.” Was something you heard get said many times.

As they check the bodies as they routinely clear out the place. People that lived through the mess are taken, as they advance through the market.
You wait, eating your snack before wiping off the excess dust off the dead robbers shirt. When the cops come they point the guns at you, must be twitchy from all the dead they think you had a hand in this mess. Who could blamed them?

You of course listen to there orders and place your hands behind your head as they check you for weapons before handcuffing you and bringing you outside with the rest of people. As you make it outside you see the camera pointed at the entrance to the grocery store.

If you cannot afford one, one will be appointed to you by the court. With these rights in mind, are you still willing to talk with me about the charges against you?”

[Manfred] “I understand my rights.” You say to the police.

Outside you see the news didn’t come yet, but the police got there in a hurry. As they try and figure out the what fuck happened in the store. You even get to see the family you save as they talk with the cops, they pointed at you. But can’t tell what there saying. Even your mother is there crying tears of joy you hope.
[Mother] “Manfred thank God, you’re alright.” She said before being held back by the police.
[Cop] “Sorry ma'am, but he’s needed for questioning.”

[Mom] “My baby!”

You are put in the back of the squad car, and they drive to the police station. They didn’t even try to make small talk with you or put on the radio as you sat in the backseat like a nigger on a bus.

The drive to the police station was quiet, as they drove into the station hauling your ass straight into a interrogation room

[Detective] “Don’t even try to tell us you’re innocent. We have you on the crime scene, shooting and killing innocent bystanders. Give yourself up and maybe you don’t go on death row.”

After you said this, the detective goes quiet. Goes over to the door opens it and calls out

This ‘Doug’ character walks in
[Detective Doug] “Alright Mister Manfred. If what you’re saying is true. How is it possible you didn’t sustain any damage. By your own words you took down 3 of them single handed. Correct me if I’m wrong.”

[Manfred] “That’s correct Detective, the video will proof that, I was out just shopping with my mother for groceries until they came guns blazing.”

[Detective Doug] “Your mother, that bring me to another point. The old cap and ball revolver she had on her was fired recently. By you I presume, why bring a gun to the grocery store if you don’t part of the gang?”

With the word of attorney. The detective gather up his papers and walked out. Minutes passed as you feel the heat of the room grow hotter.

The minutes of heat, turned into hours until the clock read past midnight. More than 4 hours passed since you were put in the room without a glass of water or a bathroom break before you presume your attorney shows up.

[Attorney] “Name is Lavan Gold, your attorney from Gold & Goldstein.” The Big nosed nice suit wearing guy said.

Well once we reach 10. Our charisma goes up to 3. A Normie is 5, so our social skills is lacking.
But with each level up your rolls in charisma gets easier, since you suffer heavily with a -15 to the rolls. Level 3 is -10 Level 4 is -5 and Level 5 is 0
Also at level 3 you will need to increase your skills up to 0/20. With each level you go up the harder it gets, doubling each time.

That's for abilities which increases with our skills.
+10 to our Diplomacy skill and it adds +10 to our charisma ability. Just the more you use something the better it gets rather than level up and invest 20 points in something you didn't use before.

This anon is correct, I try to put down how much a encounter gives us after it happens to keep track of it. And I math correctly so the level 3 would mean -10 just giving each a move level forward. So once we reach level 5 it should give +0 to our rolls.

Even if we don't get a pardon there are other options:
1. We get convicted and send to Jail, but since we are a national hero the fallout from us getting injured or dying is to great, so we are send to a save one. Just think it through, no one wants us to go to jail for violating gun laws, while having saved people and then die in prison. That would make us a martyr for gun rights and weaken the liberal position.
2. We don't get convicted because hero, now we just have to gtfo as fast as possible. Either witness protection or flee into the open arms and protection of the NRA.
3. Conservative interest groups get us a lawyer or even a lawyer team, see 2.

The Chance of us getting convicted and going to a bad jail is terrible small. Should the jew try to paint us as an antisemitic it will either:
1. Be a rumor that liberals will believe and conservatives won't, doesn't matter.
2. Be proven, but conservatives won't believe it and liberals will and we can sue the shit out of that lawyer, because he did something extremely illegal (he probably didn't record our talk, unless he is utterly braindead).

With the papers not signed you politely give back the papers and pen to Lavan Gold to say he was shocked is all that was on his face. Before he composed himself took the papers and pen and left without saying a word.
You feel like you won a slight victory against the Jew, but at what cost? You sit down in the holding cell and lay down, tried, stressed, running on fumes after the hell of a day you been through. A day spend on cooking and just making mom feel better that ended with a bloodbath with middle finger of jail at the end of it. You closed your eyes letting them rest a bit, and before you know it you slowly drifting to sleep on the hard surface of the bench.

You wake up to the sounds of banging on the bars, looking around you see it’s just one of the cellmates going ham on the iron bars. You rub the sleep out of your eyes and stay sitting on the bench. You wonder what will the charges be and wondering just how far is the Jew going to push for you being in jail.

Current Time 12pm Saturday
Hours passed and with it your hopes of a savior coming. That is until he came, your new lawyer came Archie Walker

He got you into a room with just him and you and began explaining how all the legal shit is going to go down. You are being charged with Loaded firearm in public, carrying a concealed weapon, not registration your firearm. The rest is being threw out. The thing that saved your ass was the video footage, and he was sent by the NRA to help you out of this jam. He tells you that was fine shooting, that aiming for the arms and legs of the attackers is going a long way to show you didn’t kill with a hidden agenda or with prejudice. As for the guy you shot his head off, he tells you don’t worry about him, the footage don’t be shown, if it does just say you aimed center mass.

That you are being charged and will be moved to Medium security prison by sometime at the end of the day. To the California State Prison, Los Angeles County. With the mention of jail you get scared, but he tells you not to worry you’ll only be there for 6 days until the preliminary hearing that is scheduled for Friday of next week. With everything said and done he asks you if you need something from him, a phone call or what ever you need that's reasonable.

You let him know what you want him to do. Most of it has to do with your mother, surprising your lawyer a bit.

The rest of the day passes until you have to board a bus filled with other inmates, you avoid looking at them as you stay quiet all the way to the prison. The trip is long a full hour and half goes by, passed the mountain up to Lancaster city in the north before you arrive to the prison. When you arrive the other inmates within the fenced off areas start whistle and cat calling all those that step off the bus.

One processing later, you are put in a room with another inmate. You are weaking a outfit with the number 1772 on it, and your inmate 1243 is sitting on the cot. Lucky for you he’s a middle aged white guy. You put out your hands out the door and they are uncuffed.

Inside the cell is a toilet, a sink and a bunk bed cots, so you are looking around the your inmate talks with you.

[Inmate 1243] “Hey lard ass, the top bunk is made. Can’t have you smash me in my sleep.” Was all he said before taking his skinny self up to the top bed.
[Benny] “Name’s Benjamin call me Benny.” He said from up there

You sit down on the cot and just get used to it, before long lights go out and the first night of jail begans.

You wake up from the bright lights, as morning roll call is in order, they see you are in the cell and move on to the next one. From what Benny said, food isn’t served until 7:15, with that being said what are you going to do for the next two hours stick in this cell.

You think you should work out your muscles while in prison, so you’ll be strong as a ox and can one punch the would be rapist. You drop to the floor and began doing the Calisthenics, one push up turns into two, then three. Before you can’t do it anymore. You will yourself forward taking in big heavy breaths. As you push out the sits up.

With Benny’s comment you finish the work out working up a major sweat as you lay on your cot. Less than what you normally do, you play it off like it’s not your fault you didn’t get any food yet.

And did breakfast come, it came on a tray inserted through the opening of the door. You grab your tray first, and started going at it like a madman that didn’t eat in a week. It was simple, it was not enough for a big boy like you. One piece of bread with a sad amount of butter, some eggs some wheat and 3 cups filled with coffee, milk and pineapple juice.
Benny on the other hand took his time eating his food, while waiting for the nightmare to be over you hear a bell ring and hear a cart being pushed. Benny tells you what’s happening.

[Benny] “That’s the book cart, reading time for the nerds.” He said and takes a sip of his coffee.
