Anyway this post may take longer than normal. But since a Nat 100 was rolled I can explain my luck system.

You can bank the Nat 100 to increase the luck to 1/80. Get 80 nat 100s and you'll have a +5 to all rolls.
And if you get a Nat 1 you can choose to have your luck stat reduce by 1 to try that major failure to very minor fail. But the same does for the luck stat. If it goes under 0/80 then you get -5 to all future rolls until you bank a enough nat 100s.

So there you go, some knowledge

Hours of research later you find out that California doesn’t honor any CCW from other states, the forms take 90 days to process with $100 each. 24 states honor California CCW permit. You are age enough to get a permit and that it lasts for 2 years only. Take some classes of gun safety and laws of guns in California, For each gun listed on the CCW it’ll be a extra fee. So having 14 guns listed on the CCW it will cost 13 more fees the fee is small only being 20 bucks..

But the good thing you find out, is that a CCW issued at one country will be valid for the entire state. So no need to apply to 10 different counties, just going for a one country that give them out like hot cakes will be good enough for you. But you got to live in the country to get issued a permit, and since you’re effectively homeless it’ll be kinda hard to get a permit. Or you can just carry a gun without a permit like what the criminals do.

You do some research of the business card that guy gave you, the idea of it being a private contractors was innocent as they are a weapons company, that deals with supply and demand. Doing lot of work in Western Europe and Africa.

For Collapsed Valor, they’re kind of higher level private contractors, so they don’t offer classes to civilian, you either got to be white-listed from someone on the inside, join up, be part of the police or military to get into the classes. So if you want to get good at shooting, go to a range, or shoot where the cabin is. You got the ammo to burn. Banked Fate Point Luck now Level 5 1/80

With no time to waste, you tell you mother of the dinner of meeting some friends. You didn’t get a chance to tell her they were females or how close you guys are. But it’s nice seeing her smile as you head out the door to get ready in less than 2 hours.

First of all you need some new hair on you head. So calling a taxi you head on over to Essentiels Spa Et Beaute. And order a Undercut, with the speed of lighting, 20 minutes later and the cut was done. Your sides shaved and your top of your head kept long. That would have cost a easy 2k on their own. You put on the formal wear and also buy a grip trainer and work out with that for a while as you ride at the restaurant with time to spare after dropping out your old clothes and the casual clothes back at the hostel.

You got the time and the money to buy some Toiletries. You put the car in drive and start making the way to Hidden Falls Campground.

As for knife, there no limit to how long the fix blade can be as long as it's open carried. So it's legal to open carry it, right now it's concealed. But you can quickly put it out in the open and if the cops ask just say it was out in the open.
