You meanwhile get out of your car and make a beeline to Carol and Lucina in order to find out just what the hell was going on. As you get closer, you can starting picking up what they were saying.

"Carol, this is the seventh time we've received reports of sightings of a large animal prowling the area." Lucina sighs, sounding VERY exasperated. "And, well, given the surrounding area, this is a situation the RCPD takes very seriously."

"And like I said before, I don't know what you're talking about!" Carol pouts. "There are no big animals or monsters around here!"

"You don't have guard BOWs or animals?" Lucina wonders. "Those are rather common with individuals of your... status."

"Of course not! Does it look like I keep any here?" Carol groans.

"Look, Carol, I just want my men to do a quick sweep of your property. They'll be in and out in just a few minutes, I swear." Lucina sighs. "I'm not here to make things harder for you or anything."

"You're likely right, but I still would like to do a thorough search." Lucina groans. "All right, we'll overlook the matter this time, but you should seriously consider how you'll handle your security in the future."

"Don't worry! I got Lewie here to help me!" Carol says cheerfully as she ensnares you in her one of her signature hugs.

"Yes... I see that." Lucina sighs as she heads back to her patrol car. "Have a nice evening. Just keep it under control, okay?"

"Okaaaaay!" Carol chimes.

Lucina then moves off, uttering some words in the radio, and the police all around immediately start packing up and dispersing.

"Whew! Thanks fo the backup on that one!" Carol laughs. "I was just scaring some of those mean old paparazzi away. That's all!"

"Next time just eat them so they can't call the cops."

"Okay!"

"No, Carol, I was just joking!" You blanch.

"So was I!" Carol sticks her tongue out at you and winks.

Well... you just hope this was going to be the extend of the trouble you would have to deal with today...

You continue the rest of the way down Carol's very, VERY long driveway, with Carol herself wedging in in the backseat with Nemo and Artya. You had honestly forgotten just how far in her actual house was.

Well, not only was a stupidly big yard a sign of status, but also a way to keep prying eyes well away from the house itself. Particularly important for a girl hiding as many secrets as Carol.

"Oh, this is gonna be so FUN!" Carol squeals as she wraps her arms around poor Nemo, crushing her cheek against hers. "We haven't had a slumber party in like, FOREVER!"

"The great memories we had." Nemo replies dryly.

Artya just seems to stare at Carol curiously, seemingly fascinated in the amount of intimacy she was treating Nemo with.

"Is that the residence?" HK asks pointing ahead.

"Yep." You nod. You hadn't been here much, but you certainly do remember how Carol's mansion looked.

It wasn't one of those nice, old timey ones, either that a lot of the older Raccoon patricians liked living in. This one was angular, smooth, and ultra modern.

"That's quite the large house for a single resident." HK observes.

"That it is." You nod.

Meanwhile, everybody in the backseat is still too distract with Carol's hugmonstering to catch what you and HK are talking about as you pull up in front of the mansion.

"All right girls, you can get out now." You announce.

"Hahaha, YES!" Carol laughs as she practically yanks Nemo with her out of the car and starts dragging her towards the front door. "We are gonna give you a TOTAL MAKEOVER!"

"Is it gonna hurt?" Nemo whimpers.

"PROBABLY!"

As Carol is busy hauling Nemo away, Artya calmly exits from her side of the car, her gaze still locked on Carol.

She didn't suspect anything, did she...?

Artya simply follows Carol and Nemo into the house without 'saying' a word, leaving you with just HK.

"No potential threats identified." HK reports as she scans the surrounding area.

"Of course. Carol would've made sure of that." You nod and pat her on the shoulder. "Come on, let's go on in."

When you enter the mansion, it looks regular enough. Nothing too special besides lots of fancy furniture and the typical rich person stuff. In addition, several of the walls were plastered pictures of magazine covers, modeling shots, pinups and more, showing Carol wearing a wide range of outfits of all kinds.

And in more than a few, wearing barely anything at all.

"She certainly has a diverse portfolio." HK observers, scanning each and every poster individually.

Finally, you reach what appears to be Carol's room. It looks to be a goddamn mess, with clothes of all types spread everywhere. And uh, a few... undergarments were pretty clearly visible too. She did not prepare for company AT ALL. Or probably didn't really care.

However, Artya was busy skulking about a closed door, which looked to lead into the master bathroom and walk in closet. There was much thumping and shrieking inside, to your unease.

"Detecting signs of struggle." HK reports. "Should... we intervene?"

Suddenly, the doors are kicked open, sending Artya scrambling for cover.

"DONE!" Carol says proudly as she pushes Nemo forward.

And was Nemo, now in a rather simple but still attractive white dress, which a nice colorful bow tied into her hair. She was also prettied up a bit, her normally mussed up hair thoroughly brushed and combed and a bit of makeup applied.

"Impressive." HK nods.

Artya gives a thumbs up.

"This feels so weird..." Nemo mumbles.

"OKAY WHO'S NEXT?" Carol bellows.
