"Recent police reports indicate an unknown criminal still on the loose, frequent cases of disappearing women between the age of 20 and 40 have increased to a worrying degree in downtown Morioh. Local police detective Ryohei Higashikata suspects the perpetrator behind these abductions come from the still missing inmate Angelo Katagiri." The news anchor is heard speaking at the local radio station while you, Jotaro and Jolyne get out of your room upon Avdol's request.
"Jeez, all these leads are making me really frustrated! We already took care of Angelo and Akira, the numbers should be going down by now, what's the deal with the crime rate in Morioh?" You speak to Jotaro, feeling like your efforts on stopping Stand users weren't all that helpful
"That's what we're about to find out, Avdol told us to meet him near side of the Owson grocery. Remember when he said he'd go for a walk with Rohan? Turns out they found something important enough to call just about every Stand user we know of." Jotaro told his family as he locked the front door, meeting Joseph and the invisible baby waiting for him at the corridor.
"Ah! Hello there, Jotaro! Did you recieve Avdol's call too? I was knocking at Kakyoin's room to see if he could go with me, but he wasn't showing up..." Joseph greets his grandson.
"Old man, that's an empty room you were knocking at. Kakyoin left with Aya a while ago, didn't you see?" Jotaro informed him, to which Joseph winced in silence, afraid his old age was playing tricks on him.
"Can I hold the baby for you, Old Man?" Jolyne offers to help his old relative so he can freely use his cane.
"Don't call him an Old Man, that's rude." You advise Jolyne not to get accustomed to Jotaro's mannerisms.
And so you walk around town with your family, taking a stroll around Morioh at Joseph's most comfortable pace.

"They remind me a lot of how we started on our early years, doesn't help that him and I have a lot of similarities. I bet he's still getting used to the attention, but Aya seems socially skillful enough to respect his personal space and awkwardness, he'll be the social butterfly he wanted in no time with company like that."
"I hope they get kids, imagine how cute they would be with handsome parents like those."

"I'm surprised Kakyoin didn't go the Avdol route and go into celibacy and take care of an orphanage when he retires, Kakyoin has gone a long way from the shy boy I knew from back in the day." Joseph joins the conversation.
"Avdol wants to start an orphanage? How fitting, at least he won't be our group circle's equivalent of the old cat lady." Jotaro smirks.

"Speaking of which, how are you doing with the baby Joseph? Did you find her family or anything?" You changed the subject to focus on Joseph and the invisible baby.
"Josuke and I have searched all over Morioh for Shizuka's mother for the past 2 weeks and we haven't found anything about her background. With all women being abducted in Morioh, I'm afraid her mother might not be with us anymore." Joseph sadly informs
"Shizuka? That's the name we're going with?" You inquire about her naming.
"Shizuka's kanji is the same as Jojo, so I thought of keeping the familiy tradition, what do you think? Might as well give her a name now since her mom didn't show up..."

"That's... True. It's just that I've spent so much time with Josuke recently and I feel really proud of him, even if he was raised without a father, he grew up to be a very high functioning member of society. And that's not even counting his skills as a Stand user." Joseph lamented on missing his son's early years.
"I agree, I was quick to judge Josuke about his temper when we first met, but now that we've known him for a few months, he's got a pretty bright future ahead of him, and we can't take that away from him, we wouldn't be here without him..." Jotaro said, swallowing his pride to admit how useful Josuke was in taking care of the arrow.
"And that's why I want to take care of Shizuka, I might not be able to turn back time and give Josuke the life he deserved, but I can prevent history from repeating by raising another unfortunate child.
"Why can't we adopt her, Mama?" Jolyne suggests, playing peek-a-boo with the young Shizuka as she sheepishly laughed. "I always wanted a sister! I can play with her, bathe her and even teach her how to speak! It's like taking care of a doll, right? Can Shizuka live with us? Please? Pretty please?"

Jolyne's sad puppy eyes have been trained masterfully for her parents to be unable to say no to her, but this isn't a decision you can solve on a whim without putting some thought into it.

You remind Joseph to have a word with his wife before making any rash decisions, and given how he barely avoided a beating from finding Josuke, he's bound to think twice.
"Uuh... You're right. Maybe I should think this through and at least give her a warning beforehand, right?" The pressured Joseph backs down, remembering he's still not on the clear for what he did.
"Aww... Not cool Mama..." Jolyne frowns.
"I didn't give him a now, I just said he could confirm his decision later. Right Mr. Joestar?" You give him a nudge.
"R-Right... I'll confirm it once I heart what Suzi has to say about the whole ordeal."

A little bit over finishing your conversation, you reach the alleyway Avdol told you to go, and surprisingly enough, just about every Stand user you've met so far that wasn't dead or in jail was hanging around there, the only person you didn't know of was a chubby, bald kid with spiky head deformities on him, his arguing with Josuke and Okuyasu implied that he was their friend.

"Who's the new kid you got there with you, Josuke?" You pointed to Shigechi, ignoring his snide comments.
"Is he a friend of yours? Why didn't you introduce me to him?" Jolyne was happy no make new buddies.
"We'd... rather not, we've met him this Sunday and won the lottery with him, but I wouldn't say it paid off because he's a bit... Uneducated..." Josuke said as he watched Shigechi pick his nose.
"Hey! Don't talk like that about me! You wouldn't even get any money if I didn't let you people get a part of it."
"Are we really going there again? We shared an equal sum, can't we talk about something else?" Josuke groaned.
He clearly seems like that friend no one wants to be around in, but I guess even he needs to learn about what's going on around town.

"That's because I was kind enough to gift them a third of my 5,000,000 yen fortune. It would have been all mine if you people didn't scam me out of my hard earned money!" Shigechi snapped back at Josuke.
"We all helped you out dude, no need to fight over this again." Okuyasu calmed him down.
"We got into a fight after a disagreement, but nothing major. I now have enough money on my bank account to pay for college! And that's all that matters!" Josuke said.
"And I can live comfortably without looking for a job for a few more years, how awesome is that?" Okuyasu exclaimed.

"Good for you guys, just try to use that money wisely." You congratulated the trio.
"Will do!"
"Bah, why did you have to invite Josuke here, Avdol-san?" Rohan clenched his teeth at the mere sight of the fourth Jojo.
"Like it or not Rohan, I had to bring everyone here, plus Josuke's a good guy to have around."

"I actually wanted to get the whole ghost thing out of the way first, how does this work?" You ask Reimi about her life as an undead creature.
"Well, I doubt you don't belive in spirits if you're a Stand user since they're mostly living ghosts, so that's all there is to it, spirits exist and if they can't ascend to a higher plane of existence, they'll just stay here on earth like me and Arnold have been doing. I can't move out of this alleyway though, so it's not like I have free roam."
"That sounds really sad... How did you die then? Any good leads on your killer?"
Reimi's smile fades as she gestures the group to follow her into the unmapped ghost alleyway. The deserted neighborhood was completely uninteresting aside from how devoid of life the place was, Reimi guided everyone a few blocks down to a big, decaying house that stuck out from the other buildings.
"This is where I was murdered, do you want to know the details? I was babysitting my neighbor's son when he was just 4 years old. I thought it would be a normal night with the young boy like any other one, until I heard a mysterious dripping sound coming from the other room. Arnold, who always slept under my bed, was sure to signal when I was safe by licking my hand when I placed it on the floor, but after hearing the dripping sound so many times, curiosity got the better of me, and that's when I saw... Arnold, decapitated and hung on the wall.
"Woof!" The dog turned around to show the deep cut on his neck.
"What? Then who the hell was licking your hand!?" Okuyasu panicked.
"The Killer. "Your hand is so soft and tasty, little girl... I already killed your parents, and now there's nowhere left to run!" He came out from under my bed with a knife... I managed to save the kid, but he ended up stabbing me in the back!"

"That kid was me, by the way. The event must have been so traumatizing I somehow took it out of my memory without the need of using Heaven's Door." Rohan revealed.
"I have seen so many souls pass through here to the afterlife, all killed by him! I can't leave this place! I can't die in peace knowing the man who murdered me is still alive and well for these 15 years! I just want to bring peace back to Morioh, the town I was born and raised in!" Reimi is brought down to tears as she flashed the stabbing wound that made her bled to death.

"Let's see... The last women I saw here showed up yesterday, so unless he gets caught, we won't see anyone here for around two weeks."

"Hm... Guess we'll have to be on the lookout for hand fetishists downtown, watch out people! We don't know who we're dealing with here, it could be just about everyone."
"I'll keep my eyes open." Yukako clenches her fist close to her chest.

"He talks?" Rohan is creeped out by the speaking entity.
"He's been walking around here and screaming profanities for a while, but other than that he seems pretty innofensive."
"This voice... I feel like I've heard it before..." Avdol ponders until Josuke recognized who was talking to him.
"K-Koichi?"
"Not quite, Higashikata Josuke! You are currently speaking with Koichi's unborn Stand, Echoes. Koichi Hirose was killed as soon as his Stand egg was torn apart, however he told me to stay in this realm to fight another day, as I am the manifestation of his fighting spirit. Mission fucking accomplished!"
"What? How Is that possible? Does that mean Koichi is a ghost too?" Yukako asks, wanting to know more about her crush's whereabouts.

"Koichi has passed away months ago, but he left me here so you can know more about him and talk to him from beyond the grave. Let me demonstrate by showing you the first message I ever recorder from him! B-I-T-C-H!" Several speech bubbles came out of Echoes, with Koichi's regular voice coming through the text.
- Dead already!? No way! This wasn't meant to happen! Josuke's still in danger! I need to help him in any way I can! Morioh's not safe with so many Stand users! What do I do? AAAH! DAMN IT!

Honestly, Killer Queen is hard countered by literally any long range stand, as long as you can avoid a direct confrontation, Kira won't be willing or able to track down a remote stand user. I don't think Kira can turn stands into bombs either, since he never tries to in canon. The only ranged thing he has is Sheer Heart Attack, which honestly, is really bad at tracking down specific targets, especially from a distance.
Kira relies mostly on close tange Stand Power abuse, and he isn't really a trained fighter anyway.

Dusterman is hinting at the fact that someone's gonna die regardless, and I'd bet it'll be whoever goes up against Kira first. The question is, how do we influence that?

....We can't do much to be honest. The cast literally has no defining characterists about him apart from the fact that he's male, so we can't even keep an eye out for him.

Really the main ways Kira will come into contact with the cast at this point is

A)Canon route, where he realises someone is after him and gets a new face from Aya / tries to take down the person hunting him.

B)He tries to make Hitomi his gf, and whoever bites the dust is just unlucky enough to be caught in the crossfire.

C) Something similar to Shigechi's death in canon, where some poor sap stumbles upon one of his 'dates'

We can only influence the first two by altering who spends time around Hitomi / Aya

Kira would win in this particular scenario. Not because he should, but because he is destined to. Kira has, as I see it, three asspulls in canon, and the nature of fate in this quest means he will be destined to get three asspulls here as well. One convenient escape, one Stand powerup, and one ally, corresponding to the absurd convenience of Kira just being able to blindly pull an appropriate sucker he can easily impersonate and get away by the skin of his teeth, the one time arrow BS that is Bites the Dust, and the appearance of Stray Cat. Whoever Kira runs into will die, and he will escape our first confrontation mostly unscathed, if unsettled.

Yoshikage Kira. What a name to have considering the peculiar condition I was born with.
The thing is, I have been regularly feeding into my hand fetish for the past 15 years. Ever since my father gifted me with my special ability: Killer Queen, I have been finding new "Girlfriends" to hook up with, but only after erasing their entire bodies minus their beautiful hands.

I drove at a leasure pace to Morioh's coast.
"Can't risk another crash after fixing the car, right? Take it easy and enjoy the scenery, Ayumi. We're going over to the beach."
I wasn't ready for the pier's hot sun due to wearing my usual tuxedos, but it was nothing a strawberry sundae for two couldn't fix.
"Good, no one else is here this early, the pier is free!" I sat down to stare at the sea, feeding my lover some sundae and leaving her stealth bag always close to my eyesight, putting some weight under it so it wouldn't fly away.
"What a beautiful day!" I told myself. "There really is no other place as amazing as Morioh. This season's in the perfect mood for a picnic." I enjoyed my time hearing the seagulls chirping as the fishing boats passed by from far away, too busy about getting killed by sharks to see a hand inside your sundae cup.
Sadly, my date wouldn't be in the clear for long, as two men stepping in the pier behind me. With no time to hide Ayumi on her bag, I simply tucked her inside my shirt and heard their conversation.

"I called Suzi today, she was so angry about the words "Me" and "Another baby" being on the same sentence that she didn't even want to hear what I had to say. " The elderly man in a cane told the black man to his side, they appear to be close friends.
"Really? Your marriage's really gone South, Mr. Joestar. I doubt your wife will let you raise a kid if she's still angry."

"Ayumi?" I felt my undershirt up, double and triple checked it, but didn't see any bumps on it to signal where my girlfriend was. I instantly ran back to where I fell down. Did she fall on the water? No... I didn't see any blood coming out. My bag is empty too, so where could Ayumi be?
...No... Did that Old Man get his hands on Ayumi? Could it be that her hand felt right where his brimmed woolen hat did? No way, how could he not feel a hand there when he picked that up? How did he not feel a hand stuck on his head? What sort of brain surgery would he have to go through to not feel his head?
It's only a slight possibility that those men have Ayumi, but since it's the only possibility not proven wrong, I need to find them and somehow get Ayumi back without being noticed.

They said they were on their way to a hotel, since they were both rich looking and speaking in English, they must be tourists staying at Morioh Grand Hotel. If he takes his hat off there and finds a dead woman's hands there, it's over!

Running away from my car, I sprinted like a madman over to the two figures going away from the pier, catching my breath when I was a few meters away from them.
Ok, that wasn't that hard, but now I had to find a way to catch their attention without coming off as suspicious before they went to a crowded area.
Luckily, my knowledge of Morioh's architecture gives me some direction on which route they'll go to.
Morioh Grand Hotel is 9 blocks east of this pier, which is around 650 meters, the only bathroom on their way there is a small toilet booth on the other side of the street. Assuming none of them went to the bathroom before visiting the pier, this is the only stop they should have before reaching the hotel.
It ultimately comes down to luck if they'll stop there or not, but there's no better adjective to describe Yoshikage Kira than lucky.

"I'm sorry Mr. Joestar, do you mind if I go over to the bathroom for a sec? I drank a lot of water to withstand the heat, so I hope you don't mind if I take a while there."
"Avdol, you're not a kid anymore! I'm too old to be complaining about waiting, even if I'm under the sun."

Frankly, I had no intention of indulging myself in a long conversation with the living museum speaking to me, so I cut straight to the point.
"The weather is pretty hot for you to be wearing such conservative clothing, aren't you hyperventilating with that hat of yours?" I asked.

I just needed to keep him talking and cautiously take the hand from the top of his head, it should be pretty easy since in 15 years of using Killer Queen, no one has ever reacted to his presence, but Mr. Joestar froze as soon as he saw the pink, humanoid feline approaching him."
At first I didn't realize he was staring at Killer Queen, given his health and appearance I thought he might have gone into heatstroke, but when I tried touching him with my ability, he reacted by summoning purple vines from his arms.

"HERMIT PURPLE! I know a Stand user when I see one, what are you up to?" He entangled Killer Queen with his thorns, restricting my movement and slightly hurting me when I tried to move away.
"Stand user... So you can see Killer Queen?" Pulling myself away from him, I ended up making his head tilt back, causing Ayumi to fall on the ground right in front of Mr. Joestar.
"Oh dear, it seems you have seen it... My secret has been discovered..."
"Wh-What! OH MY GOD! Is that a human hand!? You must be the serial Killer Josuke everyone was talking about!"

"My name is Yoshikage Kira. I'm 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone."

"Overdrive-- Oof!" Joseph Joestar attempted to coat his body with what he had left of Hamon energy inside his lungs, but a quick jab to his left shoulder made the old geezer spin his torso outwards, losing his balance from the blow, Joseph helplessly fell down the hill climb, falling on a nearby tree, the only thing that saved him from a fatal fall.
"Good idea, Mr. Joestar. It'll be harder to see you dying in the midst of all that foliage." Yoshikage stepped down from the sidewalk and jumped over to reach Joseph in the oak tree.
"Phew, sorry to keep you waiting, Mr. Joestar. Let's hurry to the-- Huh? Where did you go? Mr. Joestar?" Avdol crossed the road arriving too little to late to see Joseph falling down to road below.
"No... This can't be happening right now... All these years testing out my luck told me there'd be no situation Joseph Joestar couldn't get out of, but how can I win on these conditions?!" Joseph panicked, seeing death inching closer in the form of a pink reaper.
"AVDOL! HELP M--!" A kick to the stomach as Kira landed on top of him was enough to intercept Joseph's shout for help, breaking his femur on the fall.
"Don't run, Mr. Joestar, you're only making this harder on yourself. Come now, do you really have so many regrets in life you want to cling away from death after breaking your legs?"
"Hm-- Haha.. AHAHAHAH!" Joseph Joestar laughed in the face of danger, coloring Kira surprised.

The image of a cat, wearing a purple tie with a skull pattern was left on the tree trunk. It was very hard to see, but inside the cat's eye, it appeared to be written "Yoshikage" on them.
"Yoshikage!? So that's the name of the bastard who killed my Dad!" Josuke cursed Kira.
"I don't know what that cat means, but I doubt Mr. Joestar would have drawn such a detailed pattern on this tie if it wasn't something the killer was wearing. Jotaro and I thought it'd be useful to look around tailor shops to see if any Yoshikages do any custom made ties around Morioh. It's far fetched, but it's the only clue we got."
"Father... Mark my words, Yoshikage Kira! I will find you, and I'll make you suffer!" Josuke angrily punched the air.
"Pardon me, Josuke. But I'll probably be the one to catch him first." Jotaro punched the wall behind him with Star Platinum, the full force of the impact completely shattering the ghost house behind him.
"J-Jotaro! Calm down!" Kakyoin tried to help his friend catch a breather.
"Calm down my ass! These Stand Arrows have brought nothing but misfortune on our lives! Jotaro furiously retreated, planning on how to kill Kira in the most painful way possible and give an end to this 10 year ongoing arrow search.
