You eat dinner at a deserted Taco Bell. The unenthusiastic waiter make you feel unwelcome, and the meat does not taste fresh. Lately, your stomach hasn't been treated too well. After eating, you walk toward Ava's home, an old, wooden mansion protected by a stone gargoyle. The streets are completely empty. You jump over the fence, and set your tent in her backyard. You sleep there, shielded from the mosquitoes.

You wake up at dawn, and take a stroll in the neighborhood. The houses are well taken care of, but there's a subtle feeling of abandonment and otherworldliness that you can't describe. At 9 AM, you are back at Ava's house, and knock at her door. An older man opens the door. You say you're there to visit Ava. A moment later, she arrives to the doorstep. She's dressed in a white, silken nightgown, and looks as if she had just woken up.

Your heart beats faster from having seen Ava's pale thighs in her nightgown. Her skin seemed very smooth, and you can imagine it would feel extremely soft to the touch. Without doubt, she's a fine woman. You return to your tent. There are many useful supplies in your backpack: energy bars, drinks, a 50 ft long hempen rope, candles, a blanket, chalk, and binoculars. You're not sure what the chalk could be used for, but it's a standard item to possess in a D&D game, so you bought some in case it becomes useful. You take the binoculars out, and watch all the mansion's windows. A few minutes later, Ava's silhouette appears on in front of the back window on the second floor. She takes her nightgown off and getting dressed. Unfortunately, you cannot see the details through the transparent curtains of her room.

You take notes of her schedule and watch the house every day. The older man, who you assume is her father, leaves the house at 7 AM, and comes back between 6 and 7 PM. It seems like a normal wage slave schedule. More interesting is that Ava herself never leaves the house. You don't even see her once take a short walk outside; she is a total recluse and spends all of her time inside. In the evening, you can see bright, flashing lights moving from her window, indicating that she's watching anime. You die to know which anime it is she's enjoying, but the surface of the back of the house is not easy to climb, so you can't get a closer peek.

You remain all day at your post, except when you go to the grocery store to buy more supplies. There's a Food Lion in Pelzer selling everything that you need. The longer Ava stays inside, the more your feelings for her grow. A NEET can only feel admiration for such a flawless hikikomori, and her degree of hermitness is even higher than your own.

She looks down. "I'm crazy, Beto. Really crazy. Sometimes, I lose touch with reality, and I often hear dark, hateful voices in my head. I think I am a bit of a schizo."

She seems so frail. You want to hold her in your arms.

"I wouldn't run from such thing. I need a bit of crazy in my life. What normies refer to as crazy actually means someone who has an open mind, who is connected to the spirit world."

"That's a nice way to put it."

"I'm a true Chad, and I am not scared of difficulties in a relationship. Hold on, I must text my dad."

You take your cellphone out of your pocket.

"I propose that we summon a demon together. This is the perfect place for a ritual. There is no civilization in miles. It is only you, me, and the primordial inhumanity of nature. We are almost in another universe."

You take a black athame, a ceremonial dagger, out of your backpack. You step behind her, and slowly, gently run the blade on her neck. She does not make one move. She's completely defenseless; she's your prey. The thought of killing her crosses your mind. Her pale skin, her delicate veins have such great appeal. What color would her blood have if you stabbed her in this instant? But she's also your love, and you cannot kill her, at least, not so early in the relationship. Your run the knife down her shoulder and her arm. Then, you point the blade on her sheep's neck.

"Nunu will be the perfect sacrificial victim."

You forcibly take the doll from her hands, and lie it down on the blanket.

"I don't want Nunu to die. And isn't it dangerous to attract the attention of an evil entity?"

"It's dangerous, but we might gain new powers. Which demon would you like to summon?"

"Hmm... Let's summon Lilith."

You light up four candles, one at each corner of the blanket. You take an old, yellowed piece of paper out of your bag. You write on it and stab Nunu in the neck.

“Lilith, please receive this offering. I give this truthfully and willingly.”

You burn the letter on a flame.

"What did you write on the letter?" Ava asks.

"It's not important. It's a ritual I've found in the Succubus General thread of the /x/ board >>>/x/32012793. Focus on the candles and on your darkest desires. If our shared intention is strong, a demon will manifest."

You begin to feel a slight feeling of sexual arousal. The feeling gradually increases, until you perceive a strong, invisible presence around you. You vision is blurred for a moment, and Ava squeals.

"What is it, Ava?"

"A woman... A woman is here, with us. I hadn't noticed. Why is she there? Who is she?"

You take hold of her hand, and for a split second, you share her vision. Her third eye must be more powerful than yours, because you've never been able to see the unseen like that. A tall, horned woman is standing in front of you, on the rocky surface. She has an extremely beautiful, symmetrical face, with an intense, heinous gaze. She's wearing a tight, dark dress that makes her figure appear very curvy. She's gazing at you with a mocking smile, and you feel intimidated. Ava pulls her hand away from you. She's speaking to the woman.

"You know what I want."

You don't like to be ignored. You want Ava's attention to be all on you. You firmly grab her arm, and pull her toward toward you. The presence of the demon has made you much more impulsive. Your thoughts are disordered, and you cannot focus. You attempt to land a kiss on her lips, but she dodges it, and keeps looking at the woman. She seems hypnotized.

"Yes, I will do anything for it," she says.

"Ava, snap out of it!"

She shakes her head, as if she had woken up from a dream.

"This demoness is full of tricks. Don't listen to her. She can't do anything in the material world, because we have summoned her, and she's from another world."

"She said she would give me what I want if I let her inhabit my body." She hesitates. "She said she would make you love me forever."

You feel angry. If the demomn had entered her body, she would have never gotten it back. She would have died. You want to be united with her, but there's a problem. You have previously performed a ritual to attract the love of another girl: Chelsea. Now, you are tied to her by an invisible, ethereal cord. This is the meaning, of the Two of Pentacles tarot card: you are tied to two different girls. A shameful situation for a virgin sorcerer, but how could have you known that dating was so easy?

"Demoness! We shall not fall for your tricks!"

A circle of flames appears around the blanket. You can see the succubus inside of it, with you and Ava. She does not speak or move, but you can feel her desire to torture and destroy your soul. You know that she can't harm you directly, unless you allow her to. Demons can only torment mortals when the mortals allow them. What makes them dangerous is the power of their personality, which break the mortals' common sense and instinct of self-preservation.

"I command you to link my lifeforce and Ava's lifeforce together. My offering to you is the other Pentacle. You may use my connection to her and do as you please."

The candles are blown out by the breeze coming from the cliff, and the feeling of otherworldliness disappears.

"What just happened?" Ava asks.

"I offered to the demon a worthless connection from my past. You and I are now tied to one another."

"Are you sure that's what you want? We've just met each other."

"I'm a passionate man. I know what I want when I see it. And what I want is you."

"Thanks. I hope you won't regret it."

You fold the blanket and put the supplies back in your backpack. While walking, you think back about what happened. You accompany Ava to her doorstep, and leave to your tent. Now that the anger has dropped, you feel a bit of fear. This is the most dangerous ritual you've ever performed. The adrenaline rush has dropped, and you access 4chan on your laptop with trembling hands. You browse to the /x/ board, and post about your exploits. Unfortunately, no one believes you, and you feel isolated. You might have committed a major sin. By offering your connection to Chelsea to her, the succubus will be able to torment her. You don't know if this will taint your soul, but you think it was worth it. Ava is worth everything.

When night falls, Ava comes by your camp. You make a fire and drink cheap beers together.

"Beto, where are we headed, now?"

"I don't know. The world is unpredictable. The only thing I can be certain of is that we will keep each other company. I will be by your side, no matter how dark or frightening the world around us gets. We have attracted the attention of evil spirits, so we will have to remain vigilant."

"That's fine. I will ask my goddess, Mother Nature, for protection. She offers her protection to all those who are respectful and pure of intention."

The sorcery practiced by Ava is different from yours. She's a white witch who worships nature and channels positive forces. Despite this, she was not scared. The strength of her soul is incredible.

You take her hand in your palm. She looks at you in the eyes, and smile. You land a kiss on her hand, and you can smell the flowery perfume of her skin. Most humans have a rancid natural smell, and the worst roasties are said to smell like rotten fish. In contrast, Ava's smell is exquisite.

"I had waited my entire life to meet you, my dear Beto. We will spend this night together."

You really don't know where you are headed. You don't know how you will handle your first argument. You don't know if you will kill each other, or live old. But in the present, you are experiencing the greatest, reciprocated love, and that's all you ever cared about. Now that you've held hands, you are no longer an incel. Your destiny has been fulfilled.
