If you were earnest you would be making stories that want to inspire introspection and make readers examine their own morality and humanize the characters, not making these caricatures whose only goal is to make people seethe and so actively spread malice. In fact if you’re doing this because you want to make people hate and detest trans people you’re only promoting bitterness and corruption, what you’re doing is wrong. If you’re making it for the lulz then you’re just maliciously shitting up the board.

As an example of what I imagine a genuine trans activist might want to write: try to describe urges and sensations you honestly believe the afflicted person would struggle with, and offer a range of possible responses in prompt, from self loathing through silent suffering to confiding to a close one or seeking shelter in prideful posturing, and try to paint other characters in an even handed manner: not just transphobic or gleefully supportive but also apathetic, tolerant, genuinely concerned… try to use some empathy.

There are different types of quests. Some are purple prose narratives centered on the character's feelings, as you described. Others are fun, interactive games with high-stake choices. There isn't a single template that fits all quests.
