You are AG, T-850 from the future, sent back in time to 2010, with the intention of building a second front to fight the Resistance - before the Resistance ever starts.

Fuck causality, we're talking killer robots from the future.

Amongst your many talents and options, you have:

    Your current skill suites:
    >Firepower: 90%
This includes firearms both old and futuristic.
    >Melee Weaponry: 85%
Everything from pipes to machetes, you're wired to go.
    >Hand-to-Hand: 90%
You could beat SEaLs to death with one arm gone.
    >Drive Ground Transport: 65%
Less of a focus, as your running speed is 30 MPH.
    >Biology: 80%
This makes you a more efficient killing machine.
    >Psychology (Human): 60%
Your knowledge is incomplete, mostly observational.
    >Mechanical Engineering 75%
All applicable skills to begin production of machinery, up to (but not including Nuclear Materials).
    >Communications & Navigation 75%
From building radios to code-breaking, you know a lot.
    >History & Natural Sciences 60%
From the Neolithic era to the day before yesterday.
    >Chemistry & Nuclear Engineering 60%
From polymers to mimetic poly-alloys, this is your thing.
    Your current upgrades/modifications:
    >Chassis Recombination System
You are hard to kill, even for a Terminator. If something gets shot or chopped off, you can fix up most damage by adding in local technology (to a limited degree; no blender feet, weirdo).
    >Increased Power Supply
At current power consumption rates, you could last for several decades on one power cell; effectively, you have three of them.
    >Silverfish, T-600/800 blueprints
You know how to create the sentient, crawling landmines (Frisbee-sized little bastards, equal to a Bouncing Betty), rubber-skinned Terminators and the biological nightmares of the T-800: you know two designs - Naked Austrian Bodybuilder and Hot Blond With a Ponytail.

    Your armaments:
    >x1 .38 revolver (six shots)
    >x2 Ingram Mac-10's, x5 magazines of 25rd.-.45cal rounds (loaded, clean, functional)
    >x4 shotguns (three pump-action, one sawed-off, all in 12ga.; 19 loose rounds - 11 buck, 7 shot, one signal flare)
    >x2 hunting rifles (30.06 and 5.56), 10 rds. ea.
    >small array of knives; functional.

    Also: one stolen Escalade.
Also: you have a grapefruit-sized portion of the original T-1000 which has spent the last twenty years hiding in an airport terminal's phone system, collecting credit card data. It will arrive at the airport in Detroit, Michigan ... now.

You have purchased a site in Nevada capable of providing security, shelter and production facilities for creating a new Terminator army for use by Skynet.

The T-1000 exits the airport disguised as a luggage rack, then moments later, as part of a taxi cab's bumper. As the cab passes your area, it drops to the ground as a sphere and rolls near your vehicle. After a few minutes of patient observation, it forms into a spring and bounds into the passenger side door, flattening out and slipping inside.

It seats itself in the passenger seat, forming a metal block approximately the size of a pack of cigarettes.

    >Legitimate Business
Stealth is of exceptional value. Given that Skynet is unconcerned about what pollution happens to the time-stream, you can focus your efforts in one of several ways:
    >Construction, Laborer Mode
You could become the world's most effective roofer, plumber, gardener and painter, working alone. Given you don't eat, excrete, sleep or sweat, this has a massive perk of being able to focus all of your earnings towards Skynet's funding here and now.
Downsides: you will have to get a job building the Great Wall of China to pay for this kind of thing.
    >Construction, Contractor
Machine-like efficiency combined with the merciless nature of a machine? You would tear the contracting world a new anus. However, you would have to be a very "people skills" kind of Terminator.
Positive note: you would be in an excellent position to obtain building materials and supplies.
    >Security Consultant
If ever someone existed who knew how to break something designed by a human, it is a Terminator. You could terrorist-proof Iran by noon.

    Also: suggestions are welcome.

I just thought of something. The T-1000 can mimic both simple objects and flesh, perfectly. It's small, so it shouldn't be able to assume a full human shape.

But it can spread itself thin, and attach to us. It should at least be able to form a mask around our face, but if it's thin enough, it might be able to cover our entire body, like the T-X's skin from T-3.

It will take it around three hours to "learn" how to read your facial muscles properly; during this time, it will look like you are either on drugs or have some severe emotional issues as you give it cues to read. Basically, by doing this, your face looks like its having a three-hour spasm.

We're going to hand-wave the majority of the trip; most of the stops you make are for gasoline, which you have cash enough to pay for. Scamming credit cards for something like gasoline is a waste of the resources you may need soon, the T-1000 advises.

The facility in Nevada is secure in several ways:
    >high fences, 95% intact; gates need a lot of work
    >isolated; nearest habitable structure is 45 miles away
    >on-site power source from generators, solar array stations (minus the solar cells themselves) and a well with usable water supplies (including a small swimming pool for use by the former employees)
    >parking for 300 employees
    >five levels of underground maintenance, production and repair bays

    Down sides:
    >no on-site computers nor support systems for them
    >non-automated facilities; this is not a high-tech joint
    >the machinery in place will require 300 man-hours to modify to produce the first generation of tools needed to make even the first steps of the T-600 chassis.

Construct barriers and hidden walls to block off the lowest three levels of our facility, disguising the facility as one that only has 2 sublevels. In the case of an investigation or attack by resistance or anyone else, it would help ensure survival.

On the same note, we should build caches hidden throughout the desert. Small bunkers the size of a one car garage. With one or two Terminators of whichever model we choose. A computer system containing backups of our files, and resources. These would be hidden, and the terminators would be tied in with simple security measures, so that if the cache were entered, they'd activate. If it were us our another terminator entering, they wouldn't fire. Otherwise they'd take them out and reseal the bunker.

We could use these as emergency reserves to call in in case of trouble, or back up locations if we need them.

    >Production (to level 2): 125K
This will reduce production material costs by 10%.
    - can be increased to Level 3 for 400K (which reduces material costs by 25%); time is reduced by 10% per level purchased.
    >Automation System (Silverfish): 250K
Produces 1 Silverfish per hour, consuming 750 dollars an hour. This can not be improved by adding T-M1's or improving the Production Line, as it is independent.
    >Automation System (flesh wrapping): 300K
Allows for future Terminators of T-800 grade to be wrapped in meat for covert operations.
