We're like levels 4-9, the game hasn't been going on that long.

But she's also got potentially 500+ Strength, Agility, etc... even if we can deal out the amount of damage to kill her, will she allow that to happen?
Plus that would make her an outright enemy, which I'm not sure if we want. Being near her is cancerous, but she's not hostile to us. And she enjoys the company of the bard.

I think it's not so much a situation of trying to beat her outright, but rather use our wits or planning to find a way of defeating her. Whether that means tricking her, convincing her to do something else, or whatever, I don't know.
As said we only recently encountered her, as one of the last BBEGs to be introduced.

That's something I've been very weary of. The current town she's in, the people are all showing the effects of her presence. They're all weak and sickly, anti-social, and pretty dumb.
They're not unaware of the situation, they've had lots of town meetings and get togethers to try and figure out what's happening to all of them. They can't pin it down, or are too dumb to pin it down on the kind, beautiful, smart girl who's been living amongst them, interacting with them and helping them every day.
In fact they like her all the more, for helping them in these trying times for them. It's kind of tragic that in allowing her into their homes to cook for them or clean up, or to take care of their children or sing at the Inn or help around at the market, it's only speeding up the process and effect she has on them.
I consider us blessed that we know what's really up with her. |
