Two clerics standing in the middle of a room with floor covered in dead, burning cultists. At their feet are cultist robes (A set for each as they were disguised as cultists just moments before). Two servo-skulls fly over them, one of them with a speaker amplifying the noble playing "The Ring of Fire", the other is a bit larger than the first, in its mouth is a liquid sprayer (dripping) and under it is a tap (the skull is filled with whiskey and the sprayer is used to make heretics flammable, the tap is for the noble cleric who likes whiskey).

However, the Aquila replaces the fleur-de-lis' on the robes and the crosses and star of the medallion.

In his belt is a flintlock pistol, a power blade, a beautifully ornamented short sword and of course the imperial creed. He is also wearing a psy-jammer amulet and a large signet-ring.

The other Cleric is the man in the picture, now with a scar along his left temple and a mesh cowl.
He's pointing a nightfire-flamer (a flamer which spews fire and toxins) towards the cultists.
Around his neck hangs a Psy-jammer amulet and an Aquila Necklace.
As the other cleric he also has a cigar in his mouth, and a photo visor.

Overall looks pretty bog standard for a storm trooper aside from the clothes and explosive collar around his neck. Visible on his left arm, where his shirt doesn't cover is a tattoo of a Sister of Battle, fully armored, grinding suggestively against a heavy flamer.

Standing next to him is a sister of battle whose expression is hidden by her helmet, but she's obviously looking at his face while he looks at something in the distance with a perturbed expression on his face.

A female DH assassin. She's wearing a black body glove that's obviously too big for her, as it's not skin tight and hangs off her body loosely. To keep it from getting in the way, she's fastened the areas around her forearms, calves, and midsection with black tape. Over this she wears a dark green flak cloak. She's got an absolution pattern sniper rifle on her back, a hand cannon in a holster at her thigh, and a bolo knife sheathed in the small of her back. Red hair, green eyes, slim figure.

The best approximation for what she looks like is pic related, so really a 40k'd version of the Ariadna Scout would work fine too.

What the hell I figure Ill try for this one again.

A female Eldar Dark Reaper on her back under a kroot who is attacking her with his kroot rifle (blades and all) and she is parrying most of the blows with her smashed and useless reaper launcher. The kroot has some of her armor ripped off including her helmet (the other pieces ripped off are up to you) The reaper has her foot placed in the center of the kroot's chest and has just fired the stabilization bolt through his chest.

So basically an eldar dark reaper killing a kroot with the stabilization system on her boot. How much of her armor is ripped off I leave up to you.
