Also, ruling from Mindbreak Trap: If a spell is exiled, it's removed from the stack and thus will not resolve. The spell isn't countered; it just no longer exists. This works on spells that can't be countered, such as Terra Stomper.

Well, sets run the gamut in size, I think it goes anywhere from under 100 to over 400, but for a side-set it's about 150. Assuming five colors, that'd probably be something like 25 cards of each color, 5 or 10 basic land cards, and 15 or 20 artifacts. For six colors, however, it'd be something like 20 cards of each color, so we'll need to make 20 pink cards for a small set, not including one or two designs for a pink land.

Don't you die on me now, thread! Any ideas for what lands Yellow can use? So far, we've got:

Pink: Love
Uses Love tokens, does nothing but heal and distract with its PURE LOVE AND GOODNESS, but can be devastating to a player (with proper use of love tokens).

Purple: Science
Has a tendency to modify creatures, artifacts, etc. Can be a game breaker because fuck magic.

Brown: Internet
Not too much yet. Two examples so far point to brown being extremely versatile. Could be more of a support color, or have tons of dual colored cards. (Red/Brown card being Rage Thread. Wikipedia is Blue/Brown. Stuff like that).

So we have a Red too soft to be used in combat - what Magic is about, I remind you - and a Blue that's designed to fuck over anyone not playing that specific variant.

Good job, /tg/. I fully expect a Green made entirely of lands from you next.

I have a contribution. Each of the alt-colors is situated in such a way to be related to two opposing colors on the original wheel. Pink is Red/White, Purple is Red/Blue, Yellow is Blue/Green, Orange is Green/Black, Brown is Black/White.

This is a rough idea. What do you think?
