Essentially you need a design for the Tires, Body, Engine, and Nitro.

There are lots of ways to go about this, but one of the better options would be to base each component off of a Robot Master you've slept with, as you've gathered lots of data on those particular components.

Alternatively, you guess you could just make up random bullshit, but I'm not sure how effective that would be.
