It's a lot of different ones which all have their own subtle effects which don't mean much except when using them in conjunction. For example, lavender causes an increase in physical arousal in women as long as they can taste/smell it. That's in a purely physical sense - their body gets a bit horny when they sense the lavender. There's dozens of other herbs which also create small effects which, put together, create a subtle but dramatic reaction in one's body.
